Honor: The High Road to Victory! Part Four
22/05/2023 Duración: 04min"Honor your father and mother so that your days may be long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you." Exodus 20:12 Honoring our parents is the greatest gift we can give ourselves, reaping rewards that will last a lifetime. When discussing honor that leads to victory, one cannot overlook the importance of showing respect towards our parents. The Bible instructs us in Deuteronomy 5:16 to "Honor your father and your mother, as the Lord your God commanded you." This commandment holds significant weight as it is one of the ten commandments given by God himself. Honoring our parents goes beyond simply obeying their rules or fulfilling their wishes. It involves showing them genuine love, respect, and appreciation for all they have done for us. Our parents have sacrificed much of their time, energy, and resources in order to provide for us and give us a good life. It is only fitting that we honor them in return by treating them with kindness and reverence. Even though you don't have

Honor: The High Road to Victory! Part Three
21/05/2023 Duración: 04min"For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome." 1 John 5:3 Another important aspect of honoring God is obedience. As Christians, we are called to honor God not just in our words or intentions but also in our actions. Obeying God is also a crucial element of showing reverence to Him. Jesus himself said in John 14:15, "If you love me, keep my commands." This statement highlights that honoring God involves living according to his will and ways. Obedience to God's commands can be challenging at times, especially when it goes against what society deems acceptable or desirable. However, as believers, we must remember that our ultimate allegiance should be toward pleasing God above anyone else. In doing so, we demonstrate our love for him and acknowledge his sovereignty over our lives. Honoring God through obedience is not just a one-time event but a continuous process throughout our lives. It requires us to constantly evaluate our thou

Honor: The High Road to Victory! Part Two
20/05/2023 Duración: 04min"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might." Deuteronomy 6:5 When we honor God in everything we do, He promises to honor us. This is a promise that has been given to us throughout the Bible, and it is something that we should strive for every day of our lives. Honoring God can take many forms, from honesty in our dealings with others to treating everyone with kindness and respect. Remember, kindness and respect are like the sun and the rain, essential components for growth and flourishing. Abraham is a perfect example of someone who honored God in all areas of his life. Despite facing numerous challenges and setbacks, he remained faithful to God and trusted His promises. As a result, Abraham achieved great things and became one of the most important figures in the history of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. If you want to experience true success and fulfillment in your life, then following the example of Abraham is essential. Genesis 18:1

Honor: The High Road to Victory!
19/05/2023 Duración: 05min"But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honor but in his own country, among his kin, and his own house. And he could do no mighty work, except that he laid his hands upon a few sick folks and healed them." Mark 6:4-5 Honor is a prime word in the scripture. Right from immediately after Jesus was anointed of the spirit, and He spoke of the same in His hometown, we see the very first instance of dishonor in the scriptures (Luke 4:18-30). They took Him as common. They wanted to kill Him. It's quite instructive that they received Him the very next place He went (Capernaum), and He cast out demons there. In the passage, He also gave instances of two non-Jews in the Old Testament that received from prophet Elijah and Elisha's ministry because they had regard for them. This cast my mind back to the story of Hannah and Eli (1 Samuel 1:12-17). Eli was mistaken. He prejudged her wrongly, yet she responded most courteously ever. She spoke with reverence and accorded the man of God due respec

Walking in the Victory of Christ Jesus! Part Three
18/05/2023 Duración: 04min"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Psalm 119:105 As believers, we must understand that our victory is not in ourselves but in God's word. In Joshua 1:8, God gave Joshua specific instructions on how to be successful as the leader of Israel. He told him to meditate on his word day and night, obey it completely, and not turn from it. This instruction was crucial for Joshua's success, and it remains relevant for us today. Remember, the believer's victory is like a runner in a race, striving for the finish line. God's word is the fuel that sustains us throughout the journey and helps us cross the finish line successfully. By following God's instructions as spoken through His word and putting them into practice daily, we can experience the same success that Joshua did. We must commit ourselves to studying God's word regularly so that we can fully comprehend our purpose and what God has planned for us. And when trials arise, we can draw strength from His prom

Walking in the Victory of Christ Jesus! Part Two
18/05/2023 Duración: 05minFor whoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith." 1 John 5:4 The concept of victory is not foreign to the scriptures. Right from the time of Abraham down to the time of Apostle Paul, there has always been a reason to fight or acquire victory. Obviously, the mention of the word victory already connotes a fight; it says there is a struggle. Now, just like nothing accentuates the importance of freedom more than slavery, nothing makes victory as desirous or as sweet as the colossal failure we see around us. One of the most insightful thoughts on this can be found in the writing of Isaiah. First, he says, 'Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.' Next, he says, 'See, the darkness covers the earth, and gross darkness the people' (Isaiah 60:1-2). This is definitely saying your light should shine amid gross darkness. Now, if your light becomes darkness, something must be wrong. Clearly,

Walking in the Victory of Christ Jesus!
16/05/2023 Duración: 04min"And since we have the same Spirit of faith, according to what is written, "I believed and therefore I spoke," we also believe and therefore speak." 2 Corinthians 4:13 It is indisputable that Christ's death and resurrection were for humankind and that the believer has received the same with all it brings. However, what seems to be a division in everyday experience among believers. Sometimes you see believers wallow in less desirable circumstances, live in despair, or succumb to defeat. This ought not to be. God has made available in us as a believer power 'exceedingly abundantly above all we could ever ask or think' (Ephesians 3:20). The believer is God's house. God's Spirit eternally lives in us. I am sure you believe in that, right? In Christ, we have authority 'far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come (Ephesians 1:21). As a believer, we have all things unde

Why does God like Talking to Us?
15/05/2023 Duración: 04min"And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work." 2 Corinthians 9:8 God is a loving father who desires to communicate with His children. There are many instances in the Bible where God spoke directly to people. For example, in Genesis 3:8-9, we read that God walked with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden and talked with them. This shows us that God loves talking to us because it's one of the ways He connects with us. As believers, we have been given the ability to hear God's voice through prayer and reading His Word. We can experience a deeper relationship with God's voice when we listen to Him. Though many people believe that God is a distant and unapproachable deity, the truth is that God wants to communicate with us. He wants to give us clarity and direction through His voice because He loves us. As our creator, He understands us better than anyone else ever could. Therefore, we open oursel

There's Nothing Like a Mother's Love!
14/05/2023 Duración: 04min"I am reminded of your sincere faith, a faith that dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice and now, I am sure, dwells in you as well." 2 Timothy 1:5 There's nothing like a mother's love. It's pure, true, and sent from above. We learn this from Proverbs 31:1, where mothers are praised for their hard work and dedication to their families. They are the ones who wipe our tears away, chase away all of our fears, and make sure that we have everything we need. Mothers are the backbone of every family. They are the ones who sacrifice their dreams and aspirations to ensure that their children have a better life than they had. They work tirelessly day in and day out, taking care of every need without expecting anything in return. A mother's love is unconditional and never-ending. It is pure and stretches beyond boundaries and limitations. A mother's love is incomparable to anything else in the world, an unending source of warmth, comfort, and support. It is a bond that

Greatness Ahead of You! Part Two
13/05/2023 Duración: 05min"The counsel of the LORD standeth forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations." Psalm 33:11 Greatness lies ahead of you, A path uncharted, destined for few. These words are not just motivational, but they are also a reflection of the message that God has shared with us through Jeremiah 29:11. As it reminds us that no matter what challenges we face in life, there is always hope for greatness and success in our future because God has a plan for each one of us and that his plans are good, filled with prosperity and not harm. When we think about the path to greatness, it's important to remember that it's not an easy road. However, it's a journey worth embarking on because the rewards at the end are extraordinary. With every step and stride, greatness is ahead of us, waiting to be unlocked. This potential lies deep within us, just waiting for the right moment to emerge. Galatians 2:20 give us a hint that our potential is not limited by our abilities or circumstances but rather by th

Greatness Ahead of You!
12/05/2023 Duración: 04min"Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock." Isaiah 26:4 Are you feeling lost or unsure about what the future holds? Take comfort in knowing that you are not alone. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." These words serve as a powerful reminder that God is always with us and preparing us for the greatness ahead. It's important to remember that our journey toward greatness may require some struggles along the way. These challenges may sometimes feel overwhelming, but they are necessary for our growth and development. As we face these obstacles, we must trust in God's plan for us and lean on Him for strength and guidance. Getting caught up in our desires and goals is easy as we go through life. Remember, some blessings are delayed, but that doesn't mean they are denied. Of course, it's a phrase we often he

Mighty Power at Work Within Us! Part Three
11/05/2023 Duración: 04min"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13 The mighty power of God is a force that works unseen, yet it can be felt deep within our souls. It's an incredible healing power that soothes and mends, bringing peace to troubled hearts and minds. This power is not limited by time or space, and its effectiveness is not bound by the limits of human understanding. Jeremiah 32:2 reminds us of the awesome might of God's power. Through this same power, He created the universe from nothingness, and it continues to sustain all life today. The beauty of God's mighty strength lies in its ability to work behind the scenes, silently guiding us on our journey without even knowing it. As we go about our daily lives, we may not always be aware of the workings of God's mighty hand in our lives. However, with the mighty power of God, our fears are erased, and our shame transcends. It is through His grace that we are able to find the courage to face each day and strength th

Mighty Power at Work Within Us! Part Two
10/05/2023 Duración: 04min"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." 2 Corinthians 3:17 How well do you trust in God for greater achievement? As believers, we often underestimate the mighty power of God that is at work within us. We forget that the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us and empowers us to do great things. The power of God within us is limitless and unstoppable. It's like a tiny spark that can ignite a raging fire. When we allow the Holy Spirit to work in our lives, we experience an incredible transformation. Our minds are renewed, our hearts are filled with love and compassion for others, and our actions become aligned with God's will. See what Paul had earlier taught, 'And what is the exceeding greatness of His power towards us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, Which He performed in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and set Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and po

Mighty Power at Work Within Us!
09/05/2023 Duración: 05min"Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think." Ephesians 3.20 God's power at work within us is something truly remarkable. As stated in Ephesians 3:20, the power of God within us is limitless and unstoppable. This power is like a tiny seed that has the potential to grow into something magnificent. When we allow God to work in our lives, we can tap into this incredible source of strength and guidance. The key to unleashing this mighty power lies in our ability to surrender ourselves fully to God's will. We must let go of our desires and trust that God has a greater plan for us. Through prayer and meditation, we can open ourselves up to the transformative power of His love. As we begin to embrace this divine energy, we will find ourselves capable of accomplishing things beyond our wildest dreams. We will discover new depths of courage, resilience, and perseverance that were previously untapped. Of cour

The Secret Power of God's Image! Part Two
08/05/2023 Duración: 04min"Everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made." Isaiah 43:7 One of the most powerful things that God has given us is his image. In Mark 10:6, it says that God created us in his image. This means we have been given the ability to think and make choices. We also have the ability to love and be compassionate. One of the most amazing things about being created in God's image is that we can become like him. This happens as we learn to think and act like him. We can also become more compassionate as we imitate God's love. The Bible says that we are to be "imitators of God." (Ephesians 5:1). As we grow in our understanding of who God is, we can begin to imitate him more and more in our own lives. We can also share his love with those around us. Remember, every person has inherent value and worth simply because they bear the image of their Creator. No matter their race, gender, or social status - all people have a divine stamp upon them. The Secret Power of His Image!
07/05/2023 Duración: 04min"But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!" 1 Corinthians 15:57 As a Christian, you have been granted the ultimate authority and power through Jesus Christ. But how well do you make use of this incredible gift? Do you fully understand what it means to have unlimited access to God's power, grace, and wisdom? The truth is that many believers fail to tap into their full potential because they don't know how to utilize the authority and power they've been given. The Bible teaches us that we are more than conquerors through Christ who strengthens us (Romans 8:37). However, if we don't learn how to walk in this truth, we'll never experience the victorious life that God intends for us. Therefore, it's time for Christians everywhere to start taking their rightful place as heirs of God's kingdom and begin using the authority and power freely given to them. As believers, we are not alone in our journey of faith. Our possession of the filial spir

You Have More Than It Takes to Win! Part Two
06/05/2023 Duración: 04min"I can do all this through him who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13 Success comes not from what you have but from how you use it. With God, you have all the tools necessary to win. It's easy to feel inadequate when we compare ourselves to others who seem to have achieved great things in their lives. We may ask ourselves: "What do they have that I don't?" But the truth is, we all possess unique talents and abilities that can help us accomplish our goals and make a difference in the world. This is exemplified in the Bible story of David and Goliath. Despite being young and inexperienced, David possessed the courage and faith to face a giant enemy who had been terrorizing his people. He refused to let fear hold him back, instead relying on his trust in God and his skills as a shepherd boy with a slingshot. Through this unlikely combination of factors, David defeated Goliath and earned recognition as a hero. So in any circumstances, remember that God has given you all the strength

You Have More Than It Takes to Win!
05/05/2023 Duración: 05min"Nay, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." Romans 8:37 After Jesus Christ, I can confidently say that no one else encountered challenges, contradictions, or hardcore problems like the apostle Paul. Yes, he had a history of persecuting Christians and would even travel first class to haul believers to prison. But as soon as he got saved, the tide changed; the oppressor became oppressed, and the hunter became the prey. But much more heroic is the confidence and candor with which he responded to the persecution that came his way. Here is an outline of his response. First, he acknowledged it (1 Timothy 3:10-12). Next, he called unto the Lord for it; he simply asked for help (2 Corinthians 12:5-10). Lastly, he put his trust in the Lord for victory (1 Corinthians 15:57, Romans 8:38-40). For some of us, what we encounter might not be persecution; it could be a health challenge, a financial situation, marital challenges, a bad habit, and so on. Yet Paul's expe

Miracle Awaits You Part Two.
04/05/2023 Duración: 04min"Like cold water to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country." Proverbs 25:25 Are you feeling overwhelmed and weighed down by the struggles of life? Do you feel like you are carrying a heavy load that is too much to bear? If so, take heart. A miracle awaits you! This may sound like just a catchy phrase, but it is actually a promise waiting to be fulfilled. Psalm 56:3 encourages us to trust God and not be afraid. It says, "When I am afraid, I put my trust in you." We can find comfort in knowing that we do not have to face our struggles alone. We can turn to God for strength and guidance. Believing that a miracle awaits us can give us hope and motivation to keep going. It reminds us that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that things will get better. So let all your worries drift away; no more gloom or dismay. As the days get brighter with each passing day, it's important to live every moment with joy and beware of sorrows and blues. Miracle Awaits You (MAY)
04/05/2023 Duración: 04min"Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness." Psalm 37:3 As we welcome the month of May, we pray that it brings us joy and peace in abundance. This month signifies new beginnings, fresh starts, and renewed hope. It is a time to shed off the old and embrace the new with open arms. In 2 Timothy 1:7, it says, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love and self-control." So, as we step into this new month, let us remember that we have been blessed with the power to break forth from any chains holding us back. Believe it or not, a miracle awaits you this May! A miracle could be anything from a breakthrough in your career to healing from an illness or even reconciliation with loved ones. Whatever it may be, know that miracles are real, and they do happen every day. All you need is faith as small as a mustard seed to move mountains. If you ever felt stuck in a rut or felt like you were going through the motions of everyday life but not reall
