    Believe or not being at some sort of altitude somehow brings some great clarity to thinking, not all the time but when you are not totally oxygen deprived and you sit and take a minute to look around.I was recently in Chamonix on a training weekend and spent a lot of time thinking as you generally do when you are out running for 6 hours at a time. I then got back to Dubai and as my “coach the coach” delivered these 17 points that I had scribbled down on the plane on the way back. The team liked what I had to say so I thought why not turn it into a podcast so you guys can maybe understand a bit of my temporary madness.
