Lucy and Ben share some beers and discuss what they’ve been playing this week. Lucy’s been identifying artefacts in Strange Antiquities, whilst Ben’s knee deep in Battlefield 6. As for the beers, Ben drinks Further Beyond from Northern Monk, and Lucy has the Verdant X Lemonheads collab beer, Marauders of the Sea.

It’s been a frustrating week on Tanked Up. Ben’s only played frustrating games, bouncing between Silksong, The Last of Us 2’s No Return mode, and a short time in Baby Steps. Lucy has played Hotel Barcelona and gives her review. Aadil wants to discuss the EA buyout and its implications for the industry. Aadil kicks off the drinking with Vault City’s Coffee Lemonade, Lucy has Lost Folk from Beak, and Ben gets in the season drinking October Fest 2025 from Lost & Grounded.

Aadil returns to join Ben in running down their weeks. Aadil spent a weekend at Brouwerij De Molen’s Borefts Fest, and discusses his favourite beers and why it’s the brewery’s last festival. Ben wants to discuss technical issues and starts with a short review of Arctic Awakening on the PS5. He then talks his time upgrading the PC with Windows 11. Aadil drinks Nothing But The Truth from Phantom Brewing Co, and Ben has Left Handed Giant’s Under the Moon.

A full week of games as Ben and Lucy discuss what they’ve been playing. Lucy starts with a review of Easy Delivery Co, a new release developed by Sam C, whilst Ben’s been playing EA’s latest attempt at a Skate game, and he also finished Mafia Definitive Edition. Lucy closes the show discussing Poco, a point-and-click adventure about a clown, developed by a bunch of college friends. Ben drinks Hop City Europe from Northern Monk, and Lucy has The Cosmic Turtle from Below Brew Co.

The whole team is back to focus on a couple of games. Ben reviews his early hours with Artis Impact, a lovely pixel art RPG, and he and Lucy delve into thoughts on Hollow Knight: Silksong. There are tangents galore with chats about YouTube and technology, among others. Lucy drinks Albino Pasta from Deya, Ben has Lost and Grounded’s Amplify Your Sound, and Aadil goes big with the Cloudwater x Rivington collab, Something to Fold.

Lucy returns to join Ben for a Willsmithisode and chat through a bunch of games they have played. Lucy starts the conversation with Is This Seat Taken, and then talks OOO. Ben jumps around a few games with thoughts on Exit the Gungeon, Destiny Rising, Sword of the Sea, and Mafia. Lucy drinks Pine Blond from Earth Ale Brewing, whilst Ben has Hop Custard from Verdant.

Aadil returns and joins Ben to discuss his favourite takeaways from Gamescom ONL. Ben then gives more thoughts on the Battlefield 6 beta, having played the game over both weekends. Aadil brings a collab to drink, having Wylam X Browar Stu Mostów Newcastle Doughnut Pastry Sour, whilst Ben stays Local to prep for the East Bristol Brewery trail, drinking Swim Deeper from Wiper and True.

After the last episode’s review focus, Ben and Lucy return to discuss a bunch of different games. They begin where they left off and give a final comment on Wheelworld. Lucy then chats about Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4 remaster and starting South of Midnight. Ben gives his in-depth impressions of the newly released Endzone 2 and some early impressions of the first Battlefield 6 beta weekend. Lucy and Ben have played the same game! We discuss and review Wheel World, a new open-world cycling game from Messhof and Annapurna Interactive. This week, we start by getting annoyed with technology. Aadil’s been playing some Magic: The Gathering and chats about the new Final Fantasy sets and some special Sonic cards. Lucy brings the games, coincidentally chatting about Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, and then the third game of the Spyro Reignited Trilogy. Ben’s keeping on with Death Stranding 2. A bevvy of beers for the episode, with Ben having already opened Iron Brew from Vault City before recording. Lucy stays on track with her alcohol free beers, drinking Sonoma AF from Track. Aadil also drinks a Vault City, having their The Juice collab with Brew York, and Ben opens Beak’s Whales DIPA.

Aadil and Ben get together after a few weeks off to talk about the Bristol Craft Beer Festival and a slew of games Ben has played. Ben runs through his time so far with Tron: Catalyst, Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, and Operius DX. Conversation touches on Time loops, expedience and Zelda. Aadil goes north and drinks Dios Mio! from Tempest Brewing Co, whilst Ben stays local with a Left Handed Giant X Põhjala Brewery collab, Bestla.

We’re a little game light this week, with Ben bringing a new and an old game to discuss. Ben gives a review of Rise of Industry 2, and discusses why he’s playing Battlefront 2 – 2 again. We all talk about the death of E3 some more, issues with the gaming media preview cycle and then somehow daytime talk shows. Aadil kicks off the drinking with a State of Kind X Pipeline collab called Burning the Midnight Oil. Both Ben and Lucy stay local.
