With the Knesset adjourning for recess after having passed a first piece of legislation in the government's controversial judiciary overhaul plan, what is ahead for the protest movement? To mark the 75th Anniversary of the State of Israel a new and exciting audio-visual presentation is being projected nightly on to the walls of the historic building of the National Institutions in Jerusalem through the month of August. That is the building of the Jewish Agency, World Zionist Organization, Keren Kayemeth Le'Israel/Jewish National Fund and Keren Hayesod/United Israel Appeal are today located. But back when Israel was in the making, it served as the center of operations of new Jewish state. The presentation will show the story of the beginnings of Zionism and the establishment of the State, and visitors will be able to connect with great moments in Zionist history and the challenges faced by the pioneers who laid the foundations for the establishment of the State. The first temporary exhibition of the newly refurbished Tower of David museum in Jerusalem’s Old City opened this week.  Street Games: An architectural-interactive experience  is based on the books of architect David Kroyanker.  The exhibition  displays illustrations of buildings and of architectural objects that represent the walls of the old city, and  five Jerusalem streets: Meah Shearim, Haneveim, Yaffo, Ramban, and Emek Refaim. By way of these urban illustrations, visitors encounter the various styles of Jerusalem architecture from the 16th century until today. Since the Knesset passed the law on Monday cancelling the grounds of reasonableness thousands of Israeli doctors have signed up to a WhatsApp group called "Doctors for Relocation." The group was formed for sharing information on licensing and work conditions in different countries, and allowing specialists to group together and apply to different places. “Emigrating as a doctor isn’t that easy, but many of us are now incentivized to make an effort," said a doctor who joined the group. On Tisha B’Av, by law, restaurants and places of entertainment are shut tonight.
