One of the petitioners to the High court of justice against the reasonableness bill was the Movement for Quality Government in Israel. Advocate Michael Partem, the vice-chairman of the board of the Movement for Quality Government in Israel, said that the High Court still has the power to nullify the law or send it back to the Knesset.
