The World Zionist Organization has called on Jews in the Diaspora who have apartments in Israel to open them up for families who have been evacuated from the Gaza periphery. Thomas Hand’s daughter, Emily (8), was shot dead by Hamas terrorists , who went door-to-door in  Kibbutz Be’eri, a few kilometres from the Gaza border, on October 7th, shooting anyone they could find. Ten days after the Hamas assault on southern Israel, many families of the missing say no government officials have been in touch with them regarding their loved ones. Among the families whose members were killed and are missing is the Almog-Goldstein family from Kibbutz Kfar Aza. Two members were killed -- the father and eldest daughter. The mother and three younger children are missing. The family believes they were abducted to Gaza. Hamas has been able to steal hundreds of millions of dollars in foreign humanitarian aid aimed for Palestinians in the Gaza Strip to pay for its arms and rockets for terrorism. This according to NGO Monitor, a group that monitors funding and actions of non governmental organizations in the context of the Arab-Israeli conflict. President of the NGO Monitor Prof. Gerald Steinberg said that many European groups and governments have already frozen their funding of Palestinian organizations pending review. Orit Perlov, a social media analyst on Arab discord at the Institute for National Security Studies, says that the Arab world was mainly critical against the Hamas for its attack on Israelis and for the suffering of the Gazans now.
