Impeding relief supplies to Gaza's population may constitute a crime under the International Criminal Court's (ICC) jurisdiction, the court's top prosecutor told a news conference at the Rafah crossing  in Egypt on Sunday, stressing that Israel must ensure civilians receive basic food and medicine. The oil-rich Qatar is playing a role in the hostage negotiations and Israel’s National Security Adviser gave rare praise to the Gulf State country this week for facilitating the release of four abductees.  But Qatar is hosting Hamas leadership and its money has created and funded the Hamas terror machine. Some are saying that Qatar is the enemy itself. There are many grass roots groups getting together from abroad to help support Israeli soldiers and others during this time. Aaron Shuster, an IDF veteran who has been living in Arizona for years, immediately collected six duffle bags of medical equipment and flew out to Israel to give it to front line IDF troops. The Palestinian Authority will pay monthly stipends  to the families of all the terrorists who were killed during the attack of October 7th. Jewish communities around the world have rushed to the aid of Israel since the outbreak of the war. The Jewish Federations in Canada, which together represent the third largest Jewish community in the world, have since the outbreak of the war raised over 100 million Canadian dollars for aid.
