Too many people will be dying in the future and Israel is running out of room to bury them. A new study published by the Taub Center for Social Policy Studies in Israel finds that given the expected demographic surge of deaths in the coming decades, a fundamental change in burial practices needs to be implemented. APN, the Arab Group for the Protection of Nature, has been planting millions of trees in the memory of terrorists across Judea and Samaria, the Jordan Valley and Jerusalem. According to Im Tirtzu, a grassroots Zionist  NGO, they have planted over 3.5 million trees, many on Israeli-controlled land near Jewish settlements, with the aim of “suffocating” them in a land grab. Israeli music legend Matti Caspi has died at the age of 76 after a battle with cancer. In a career spanning some 60 years, the singer, composer, arranger and producer created more than 1000 songs, some of Israel's most beloved. Caspi fused styles to create a sound uniquely his own. He also fostered partnerships with many leading artists. President Yitzhak Herzog arrived in Australia on Sunday for a five-day visit. He was invited by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in the aftermath of the deadly Sydney terrorist attack in December at a Hanuka celebration on Bondi beach, in which 15 people were killed, mostly members of the Jewish community.
