IDF forces were operating in central Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip this week, as the military released initial findings indicating that a fire that caused Palestinian civilian casualties following an earlier strike on two Hamas commanders was likely ignited by a secondary explosion of munitions belonging to the terror group.  Brig.
