They do a loan for the first mortgage on the seller’s house, and it’s interest only for 16 months! Find a local lender who’s willing to do that, and get that umbrella loan alternative going for you, and you’ll get more listings. 2. You’re having an open house because you’re in control of your listing inventory, you’re not going to present offers until after the Open House, anyway. Here is a fun idea for the night before... Episode 190: I Only Work With Nice People

An ad campaign that’s working on social media and it’s called, “Don’t be homeless when you sell your home.” And that’s getting real interest from people who have homes to sell and then buy! 2. The reason to use an app called Homesnap. It’s about controlling what the buyer sees. If the buyer shops on Zillow, they get all the other agents’ contact information as well. But if they shop on your Homesnap App, every property is available to them, however, it’s all bracketed by your own branding! Ask the Experts: 1. How do I stay focused on building a listing inventory? 2. Oh my gosh! These people are driving me crazy! They’re not even nice, they’re mean! They’re treating me terribly!
