September stinks, because it marks the end of Summer. But September rocks, because it marks the approach of Talk Like a Pirate Day! Celebrate all month long with Bilgemunky Radio!!! New music this week from Blackfeet Peet, several musical requests in honor of Tyrali's birthday, and maybe even a dolphin or two.

Tonight's broadcast was highlighted by a guest appearance from Cap'n Slappy of Talk Like a Pirate Day. We discussed the upcoming holiday, their new book, and other pirate miscellany. True, we're still working out some bugs with the technical aspects of live interviews, but we hope you enjoy it just the same :) Also featured new music from The Musical Blades and Blackfeet Pete.

As bold a variety of pirate tunes as every, but seldom do we traverse waters so dangerous as those of the Brothers Comstock. But at the heartfelt request of a listener, we did indeed play "The Pukin' Song" (a.k.a. Yo Ho). Tonight's show also featured some of today's very best pirate-core, including Salt Sea Pirates, Rustmonster, and The Pirates Charles!
