In this episode we are back at Stanley Manor Studios and Lauren is finally off the IR. Carrie recounts her issues with food poisoning while Leigh enjoys some Cool Ranch Doritos. We update how many wings Joey ate at Hooters and RIP a UK campus restaurant institution. We talk Thumb Wrastlin’ Championships and discuss why baseball is so angry right now. UK's lack of alcohol sales at sporting events is a hot topic and leads right into a 43 day News of the Weird bender. Take It or Leave It has hot and mustard ice cream, 1 million white castles, digging up Dillinger, QBs shot gunning beers and more!

In this episode we are joined by our friend from NYC Elle live in the studio. Leigh talks painting the bathroom and we discuss whether or not it would be better to have a blackout in the winter or the summer. We talk some NFL training camp and tell all about our trip to the Women's (football) clinic at UK. We RIT Matt Sanchez and discuss if baseball players are more prone to temper tantrums than other professional athletes. Dog weddings and Take It or Leave It round out this one.

In this episode we are joined by Kindsey Bernhard from Wooden Cask Brewing in Newport Kentucky who not only came to Ft. Lewis studios, but brought us several varieties of beer to try. We talk women's soccer, Carrie finally has the Top Chef experience she always wanted, Leigh goes Parrot Head and gets to see John Daly in all his glory. We decide what we would drink out of the Claret Jug if given the opportunity and what would it take to squat a sheep. We get into a bit discussion about why people aren't attending college football games in Take It or Leave It.

This is truly a Jumbo episode as we are joined by not one, not two, but three guests. Michele from Cameron Mills Radio and Tam and Leigh the KYtastebuds are live in Fort Lewis studios to break down all the hard hitting topics. Those include why Kentucky ranks first in being couch potatoes, the NBA Summer League, three and a half RIPs, a Wimbledon recap kind of, News of the Weird including why you shouldn't eat a half a cake in Walmart, world record toilet sitting and of course Take It or Leave It finishes everything out.

Leigh's in Lexington and Carrie's in Alabama but that hasn't stopped them from a new episode. Find out why Carrie is in Alabama and how Leigh's vacation went. While Leigh is on a much deserved vacation, Lauren comes off hiatus to help Carrie out in this episode. More importantly, however, the two of them are joined by International GBS Beerbassador and friend of the show, direct from New Zealand Kevin Adams. Kevin gives us a rundown of his beer adventures while he's been traveling in the United States and gives us a great description of his visit to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Carrie talks about meeting someone who was named after her favorite TV show and we do talk sports including the Women's World Cup and the NBA Draft. News of the Weird is all about what we think will be the next fitness crazy (hint it's in the title of this episode). Take It or Leave It is, well it's a little game we like to play that runs down a bunch of different topics.

Leigh and Carrie are joined by no one this week, but that's ok cause they do a pretty good job of talking. Leigh discusses her upcoming vacation, seeing Hamilton and playing bar volleyball. We talk Women's World Cup and give our opinions on the US scoring 13 on Thailand and pay disparity that exists in the game. The NBA and NHL finals make an appearance. News of the Weird brings you flip phones and being drunk enough to swallow your keys and Take It or Leave It ends on a controversy.

The title of this one says it all. It's the last episode at Stanley Manor studios for a few months and Kyle fills in for Leigh, who sucks and doesn't make it to the show. We talk NHL and NBA finals, NCAA softball, and the milk preference sheet at the Indy 500. We have our first follow up news of the weird story and a phobia that is even weirder. Take It or Leave It has Whitney Houston holograms, New Coke, beer chugging and shoe condoms.

We are back at Stanley Manor Studios for this one. Leigh has the first coffee infused cider we've ever seen. Lauren has sand in her ear, we learn what takes to run and NCAA Golf Championship is and what it's like to be on the brewing side of the table at a craft beer fest. We don't hate the GOT finale and we want to see what a jockey less horse race would look like. It's a wedding themed news of the weird and Take It or Leave It has a lot of fences.

In this episode, Leigh and Lauren are both on special assignment, so Carrie is joined by our friend Michele Brown from Cameron Mills Radio and the Wildcat Country Podcast. They talk why moving is the worst, rooting for teams in sports you don't care about and the ongoing Kentucky Derby controversy. They weigh in on some Kentucky sports, including football recruiting and softball. DIY coffins and swallowing Airpods make up this week's News of the Weird and of course Take It or Leave It is not to be missed.

In this episode we are joined by our good friend Afro Beer Chick! We talk ice cream trucks, give a big RIP to Chewbacca, and Leigh and Lauren talk Game of Thrones. We discuss what happened in the Kentucky Derby and if we think it was the right call. Afro Beer Chick tells us what she's been up to since the last time we talked to her, which is a lot and what's next for her brand. News of The Weird this week deals with a museum dedicated to bodily functions and of course we've got a jam packed take it or leave it.

In this episode we unwittingly have an Avengers/Game of Thrones beverage choice going on. Lauren and Leigh give their spoiler free takes on the biggest GOT episode ever. We give our observations on the NFL Draft, including why bachelorette parties should have known. Since this episode is taking place during Derby week in our great Commonwealth of Kentucky we go a little unconventional with our round table read of Hunter S. Thompson's definitvie work on the derby, The Kentucky Derby Is Decadent and Depraved.

Leigh couldn't make it four in a row, but that's ok because we are joined by the other half of Stanley Manor Studios, Kyle. If you want sports, you're gonna have to either listen or fast foward deep into this episode. We retract our RIP on Notre Dame, we talk GOT, Carrie has some problems with the Motley Crue Netflix movie The Dirt and News of the Weird examines a 10 year old lawsuit about a person who wouldn't hold onto a hand rail. We talk a little NFL Draft and wonder why Budwieser didn't name their Apollo 11 tribute beer Space Bud.

In this episodeLeigh is back for a three peat and we are joined in studio by special guest local TV personality Jennifer Palumbo. We give our final grades to the NCAA tournment, talk some Kentucky Basketball and give a special RIP to Notre Dame Cathedral. The Masters has us asking what events/places we would give up our phones to visit and news of the wierd gets really weird with a mashed potato mystery. Finally Take It or Leave It has us questioning the merits of jellybeans, stale peeps, sexy Colonel Sanders and a $6 trip to Hawaii sponsored by Arby's.

We are beyond awesome in this episode, because we are joined by Kelly, lead singer and bass player for the fablous pop punk band the Dollyrots! Unfortunately we have to RIP the AAF. But, Kelly totally brings the show back up by talking about her collaboration with Jaret from Bowling for Soup and how she really, really, really got into baseball. News of the Weird brings us a Russian candy bar that will defintely replace your Flintstones vitamin and Take It or Leave It is really just a bunch of random topics, from food to toliet paper. I mean we do manage to work sports into this one, but hey it's our show and we do what we want.

In this episode, Leigh is back in the studio and we are joined by our friend Kelli. We are talking AAF/NFL conspiracy theories, is cereal soup and why you should listen to our friends The Bathroom Break Podcast. Leigh talks about her trip to California and the merts of In and Out Burger. We get into some NCAA tournament talk and what makes a Cinderella team a Cinderella. News of the Weird finds use discussing why it's not a good idea to try and eat everything on Taco Bell's menu all at once and Take It or Leave It gives us the title for this episode.
