In this epsidose Carrie and Lauren are joined by Leigh and Rodrigo Villagomez from California. Leigh is there for work and well, Rodrigo lives there. Rodrigo also runs the AllianceFBpodcast. Carrie talks all about her brillant trip to semi-pro wrastlin in at the Frankfort Kentucky VFW. We talk a little NCAA tourney and then get into a great discussion about the AAF. Rodrigo gives us his assesment of the season so far, where the league is going and of course his take on Johnny Manziel. News of the wierd gets into why flying naked is more areodynamic and Take It or Leave It has Gronk, Trout, McFlurry Coolers, the Running Man, more fish and fictional sports announcers.

In this episode we are joined by Justin our first guest from the great state of Arizona and co-host of the Bathroom Break podcast and the Jockstrap podcast. Carrie talks about spring break and St. Patrick's day whipping her ass. Justin gives us a rundown of his podcasts and why you should defintely add them to your podcast play list. We talk college admission scandal and of course it's the time of year where we talk brackets and March Madness. News of the Weird gets our opinions on haunted furniture and Take It or Leave It is magically delicious with lucky charms marshmallows, budwieser meat, Johnny Manziel, and bracket challenges. Lauren drops some comedy gold in this one.

Leigh's back after a two or three week hiatus, we can't remeber which. The three of us are joined by our first ever guest from Canada, writer, director, actor, playwright, Toronto Raptors beat writer, super fantasy player and sports stats guru Bobby Del Rio. Lauren talks about celebrating her birthday, Carrie talks seeing Metallica for the first time in probably 20 years and we have an RIP that only Carrie is familar with. Bobby gives us some great insight on sports statistics and how to utilize them to not only play fantasy but to win sports arguments. News of the weird has us asking could we eat at the same establishment every day for the last 14 years. And of course Take It or Leave It finishes up the show with mayo combos, Natty Light 77 packs, Vince Carter, regular season championships and daylight savings time.

Leigh is out sick, but Carrie and Lauren are joined by three-peat guestomer Kyle Sutton, who actually is a pretty good replacement. Carrie gets a case of Clearly Canadian and we celebrate the Third Anniversary of GBS and talk basement concerts. Kyle gives us some insight on what it takes to host the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament with four days. We talk week four of the AAF including why teams should sign Johnny Manziel even though his girlfriend cheats at half marathons. News of the Weird brings us why you shouldn't eat undercooked chicken or drink your own urine and of course Take It of Leave it is coming in hot with the Spurrier cruise, avacado shoes, Jason Witten, GOT Oreos, baseball salaries, the Motorola Razr makes a comeback and Martha Stewart gets baked.

In this epidsode Carrie and Lauren are Leighless, but that doesn't stop them from talking about whatever they want. Carrie recounts her trip to New Orleans including weed trucks, the WWII museum, bead dodges at parades and nipple glitter. We RIP two 1960's TV icons, a pair of shorts and find out how John's IPhone came back from the dead. Week three of the AAF and what happened to Zion Williamson's shoe. News of the Weird gets really weird with a human skin hand bag. And finally we call the phone number on the side of the Lagunitas bottle and get the swag shop at the brewery to play Take It or Leave It with us on the air.

Carrie, Lauren and Leigh are all physically in Stanley Manor Studios for this episode! We are celebrating President's Day and National Wine Day. Carrie's excited about a return trip to New Orleans, we talke Westminster Dog Show controversy and discuss why the new football league the AAF is even more fascinating in Week 2. Carrie reveals the fact that she's terrible at arts & crafts and admits to cheating in Home Ec class all while giving Lauren props for helping her get through the string art project from Create and Play in Lexington. Lauren and Leigh also learn that Carrie worked for Lexington Parks & Rec as an art director, tried to learn cross stich and was terrible at LARPing at some point in her life. News of the Weird touches on soap eating and lightsaber fighting. And as always we end with some fabulous Take It or Leave It.

In this epsidoe Lauren and Carrie are in studio and Leigh phones it in. We are guestless in this one but that doesn't stop us from talking about whatever we want. Carrie gets excited about a non alcoholic beverage she hasn't had in 30 years, Lauren regales us with a tale of a run in with oil change customer service and an almost blown transmission. We talk about why we dislike Valentines Day and then we actually talk about sports. Can the AAF sustain itself and be successful after the inagural weekend? News of the weird gives us a $650 box you can put on your head and DNA dating. And cheese, new coke flavor, meerkats, NASCAR and the grammys round out take it or leave it. It's just the three amigos in this one, but as always we had a lot of fun.

In this epsidoe Carrie, Lauren and Leigh welcome the artist and creator of Sports Bars Reign to the show. We talk the Super Bowl include what we thought of the actual game and of course we talk about the most important aspects of the game, the commercials and the halftime show. Reign tells us all about his music/ sports highlights channel on YouTube, which combines creativity in music with all kinds of differnet sports highlights. It is a really cool concpet which we can't get enough of. From there we get into the news of the wierd that sees us discuss a guy in Brazil who wants to be Michael Jackson and some dude in California who has a lot of meat in his pocket. We've got plenty of food in Take It or Leave It and also frozen pants and a warning to talking to anyone on tinder. In this episode we welcome Mallory Eubanks, professional soccer play with the NWSL to the show. We wish Leigh and early birthday and discuss when it's time to stop celebrating. We talk the Super Game that's coming up, we aren't allowed to say what it's really called, even though we slip a couple of times (don't sue us). Mallory tells us why you need to be watching the NWSL and what it's like playing in the league, including what it's like playing against some of the best players not only in the United States, but the world. Leigh tries to ruin the news of the weird but even so we discuss why a 10 year old kid was able to prove Tom Brady was cheating and what happens when you mess with someone's action figures. It's Groundhog Day on Take It or Leave It along with Valentines Day and Easter. And finally Leigh drinks alcoholic still water and doesn't hate it. In this episode we finish out the College Football season with special guest former Kentucky Football player Van Hiles. Unfortunately we start out 2019 with four RIP's but Van helps bring the show back up with Carrie and Leigh and their assessment of Kentucky's Citrus Bowl win and what that means for the team going forward. We pick the last college football game of the season and discuss the merits of the live mascot. We bring the science in news of the weird this week and we have some very lively debate on Take It or Leave It.

We are closing out the year with a brand new episode and an awesome guest, entertainer, musician, teacher, blogger, writer, sports dork and all around great guy Tucker Booth! Tucker joins us to pick one of our last college bowl pick'ems of the year, we talk what it takes to be successful at a rap battle and how to make it in LA. New of the Weird asks what would you do if a guy broke into your house when you weren't there and of course we've got all the New Year's topics you can handle on Take It or Leave It. In this episode we welcome Texan, author, musician and more importantly X-Files fan Jackie Anders to the show to talk about her great books which are now available and how she got into writing. In this episode Leigh is back in the studio and we have two in house guests. The title of this one says it all. Unfortunately Leigh couldn't join Lauren and Carrie in Stanley Manor Studios for this week's episode, however, they are joined via phone from California, sports blogger extraordinaire Jim Jax. Jim gives a bit of an update on the California Wildfires and lets us in on some facts about the late great Roy Clark that we had no idea about. The college football regular season comes to a close with our week 13 pick'em, and Jim gets to pick for Leigh. We talk to Jim about his interesting/inspirational story of coming from a sports family, going into the medical field and then coming back to sports all the while creating his own brand. The news of the weird gets kind of weird and a little gross. And of course Take It or Leave It mixes in some Thanksgiving topics. We've got all kinds of beer and all of our usual nonsense.

In this episode we are joined by Connecticut radio personality Florence Carmela. We find out what Guns n Roses weather is, Leigh learns to take a complement about the Browns and there is an update about Carrie's car. We have two big RIP's in the world of sci-fi and comics, along with the week 12 College Football Pick'em. Florence tells us her inspirational story about how she is following her dream working in radio for WEBE 108 FM and WICC 600 AM in Connecticut, two radio stations she grew up with. It's an inspirational story of persistence and believing in yourself. We have a sweet news of the weird story between an Emu and a Donkey and of course as always we finish with some Take It or Leave It. Some interesting beers on the table this week, but you're gonna hafta listen to hear about those.

Week 11 pick'em where we make fun of the birds with teeth for dropping 77, then Brett and Bethaney talk all about the Derby City Curling Club and how if you're interested in learning to curl in the Commonwealth you can get involved! That leads into the news of the weird, which is frankly really weird this week and of course we finish off with Take It or Leave It including Thanksgiving Flavored Pringles, Celebrity Crocs and breaking the World Record for pull ups.
