We talk about the Canberra property market and he responds to the recent bad press received relating to buying off the plan apartments and defects. He also gives us some great advice on things to check out for if you are looking at purchasing an apartment i.e. warranty liability etc. 

Mike interviews Leigh McConnon, Managing Director at Buyers Advocate Australia. We have a chat to him about his high flying career as a financial services guru and why the career change to property. We discuss his A grade investments and what exactly goes into an A grade investment when he selects properties for his clients.
