We're interviewing Gilbert Melgar, founder of Suburbs Finder. Suburbs Finder is a platform that enables you to drill down across suburbs for properties that match your criteria i.e. minimum yield, number of bedrooms etc. We talk all about data and types of opportunities with boarding houses, and types of investments that he favours, and where he sees property investors getting it wrong.

We interview Brendan Clark, who's the principal Buyers Agent and Founder of The Property Curator. Brendan comes from the finance world. And it won't take very long for you to understand how valuable that is when he's doing his due diligence on property. So we talk about how he creates a property strategy and why it's so important, how to avoid spruikers and making sure that you are being very targeted in the areas that you're looking at.

We're talking to an absolute data genius, a man in rarefied air with his knowledge of property data analytics, machine learning, and the list goes on. He's worked for CoreLogic, for JLL, for PriceFinder. Kent Lardner is the founder of Suburb Trends and the co host of the Property Nerds podcast. We talked to Kent about property data, how to really look at statistically important data and the pitfalls in relying on things like medians when you're doing your analysis.

We interview Bushy Martin, founder of Know How Property Finance and host of the Get Invested Podcast. We chat about his background and how he got involved in property. We discuss property strategy and why calculating what you want to achieve in property is more important than the individual properties in the portfolio itself. There's some good insights in creating a plan, the importance of having a structure and a strategy, and about the property being subservient to what you want to achieve in property.

We interview Tim Garth and Dan Osborne, the hosts of Two Drunk Accountants podcast. We had the pleasure of some time together, as we jumped on each other's podcast, they were kind enough to have me as a guest on the Two Drunk Accountants which was a great bucket list exercise for me. During my interview with them, we talked about how to select an accountant and the importance of having a property specialist, and everything you need to know about accounting as a property investor.

Darren Piper, founder of Universal Buyers' Agents who works between the Sunshine Coast through Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We ask him about his background in sales and what that taught him that he can utilise to advocate for the buyer. We take a dive into the local markets and the areas that Darren sees as having the best potential for capital growth. He gives some great advice for investors on value adding on purchasing properties that have got good upside potential and long term potential.

John Lindeman, CEO for Property Power Partners, published author, real estate market analyst guru and a gentleman with the only patented system for predicting property prices within Australia. We chat to him about his property analysis all the way back from the 1890s, and what we can learn from the analysis that he's taken through to today. We talk about the regional versus city debate, and we get some insights from him about what investors should be looking at and focusing on in the next couple of years.

Mike interviews Andrey Vinogradov who is the founder of Property Buyers Team. We have a chat to Andrey about his background growing up in Russia and how he started his career in land surveying, and what that taught him about property investing and development. Property development is his vehicle of choice so we ask him about what he does for his clients and what are the most important things to get right within a development and managing risks.

Samantha Dean, Founder of BlueprintHQ and host of In Demand Accountant Podcast, chats to Mike about how she revolutionises practices for Accountants and provide value to their clients and scaling up businesses. She provides some great insight about the role of accountants when it comes to helping their property investor clients. We talk about the importance of selecting the right advisor and how a lot of investors search for a property-focussed accountant, and whether that's a worthwhile exercise or not.

We chat to Peter Mumford, Founder and CEO for Stone Real Estate, about his background and growing up in the Northern Beaches area. We ask him what made him so successful at business growth. Peter started out as a chef, restaurant owner, and then moved into the real estate game before starting the Stone group. He has some great advice on what he has observed in the market and shares tips on where he sees the best opportunities for investors in the next few years.

We chat with property investment specialist, Darren Venter, Founder of Strat Prop which stands for Strategic Property. We take a deep dive in to his background growing up in South Africa, and what got him interested in working in property. It's a great chat about the fundamental drivers behind property investments and how he's able to leverage his clients through the purchasing of property in growth markets with tightening vacancy rates and getting some instant equity to be able to go again.

James Rankin is a buyers agent, property investment guru and Director for Elephant Advisory. We talk to him about how he first got interested in property, what it means for him now working as an advocate, and we ask him to share some stories from his Youtube series called 'The Trunking Truth about Finance and Property'. We also cast the spotlight on Melbourne South East which is where he is most active and the roadmap he has put together on how to buy a property.

We speak to Janine Leafe, senior broker from PKF Financial Services who has a massive following on social media with some amazing content on the mortgage broking industry. Janine fills us in on what investors need to know when they're structuring their finances, the 'why' and 'how' she got into the game, and she gives us advice on types of investments she favours, and how to spot a 'sprooker'.

We interview Tiron Manning, Founder of Newcastle Buyers Agent. We chat to him about what he has noticed from a gentrification point of view, he points out what you need to spend to secure an investment in the Newcastle area, he gives us some great advice for investors looking for their next property and we talk about the role of a Buyers Agent in general.

Anthony Spagnolo, principal of Agenzia Property Consultants, chats to Mike about his background as an Accountant and how an Accountant looks at property investing differently to your average investor. With his development experience, we talk to him about getting involved in property development along with NDIS properties which is a real specialty of Anthony's. We look at how that works, how to get involved, what the requirements are, who pays the rent, what sort of returns we having, and much much more.

We interview Sanjeev Sah, Director of Investors Dream Property Buyers Agency. Sanjeev has an interesting story growing up in India, moving to Australia with a computer science background and investing in property both in India and Australia. He has managed to create a fantastic passive income for himself in as little as 5 years with a couple of key sub-division renovations and renting per room deals, and we chat to him about all the numbers and specifics of those deals and how he's been able to find them.

We focus on South Australia, more specifically Adelaide property. We speak with David Traeger, owner and founder of DT Property Property Management, about his own property investing story, but he gives us an idea on where in Adelaide properties are active. David works with a lot of interstate property investors and shares some great advice on some of the areas and some of the opportunities for renovation projects.

We interview Vaibhav Rastogi (Rasti), founder of Get RARE Property. He moved from computer science, to finance, to becoming an investment specialist for one of the big four banks. We chat to him about how he got started in property and how his financial training and background helps him with his due diligence. We ask how he grew his portfolio from nothing to $5 million in 7 yrs and the importance of understanding why you're investing in property in the first place and treating it like a business.

Mike chats with Lloyd edge who is the author of the new book called 'Positively Geared' and also the founder of Aus Property Professionals. Lloyd started out as a school teacher on a very modest income and got into property from there, now owning over $12 million worth of property and runs a business as a Buyers Agency. We chat to him about his strategy, the importance of cashflow as well as equity uplifts and his advice for beginner investors or investors that aren't getting the results they are after.

Angelo is the co-founder and owner of Soul Property Agents based in Griffith NSW. We talk specifically about Griffith and the property market, the main employers, the type of money you would be looking at spending for investment stock, what sort of yields and days on market you would be looking at. We have a broader chat about investing in regional areas and what property investors need to know and research before pulling the trigger.
