Ellen Goldsmith, Co-founder of Pearl Natural Health, is a recognized educator, health advocate, and practitioner in the field of holistic and integrative health care. She developed a distinct method for cultivating body/mind health for emerging performing artists at New York Universitys Tisch School of the Arts in her program, Body Coaching for Performing Artists. Her international teaching has trained hundreds of health professionals in the field of Asian Bodywork, self-transformation, and End of Life Care. She is adjunct faculty at the National College of Natural Medicines Classical Chinese Medicine Department, teaching Chinese Dietetics and its application in western society. For over 25 years Ellen has shared her passion for transformation through health, practicing Asian medicine, acupuncture, dietary therapy, Chinese herbs, body-mind health, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programs supporting thousands of people on their path to regained vitality. Ellen is the creator and host of Health Currents Radio, a new podcast created to inspire, motivate, and connect people to resources that empower them through health.
