    It’s kind of sad to reach the autumn of your years, only to realize that the civilization you were reared in- Western Civilization- the most vital and successful civilization of all time, is foundering!  Now, I don’t mean that it is failing, but it is in crisis.  Just as ancient Greece, and then ancient Rome, which picked up the mantle only to founder in its turn; the incredible vitality and liberating truth of this ultimate of all civilizations is in trouble.  And, just like those earlier incarnations, upon which our own civilization is built today, it is being destroyed not from without, not at all.  It is being destroyed from within, by self-deluded traitors who actually see themselves as wonderful liberators of white supremacy, rather than as the manipulated, entitled losers that are being used to destroy everything their ancestors have laboriously built that they truly are!Now, only entitled losers could be so misled as to believe that to give away, to erase their own culture is a good thing!  It’s not.

    If you’ve been following the paleo diet and lifestyle for any length of time, you know that there are certain things that are taken as irrefutable gospel:Never eat grains because of gluten and gliaden, also too much (bad- fake) salt and all of the preservatives and glycogen that is sprayed on conventional wheat and other grains.Never eat beans which are legumes.Go really really low carb!Eat more vegetables than anything else, with a little fruit.Now, I’m here to say that, over time, most folks, with experimentation, determine that some of these caveats can be sidestepped, and a degree of normalcy can enter your diet,  while still maintaining your health.  Sour dough bread- real sour dough bread, can be a lifesaver here!  Since it is leavened by a real sour dough culture, and is ideally also made up from ancient, non-hybridized and unsprayed heritage grains- it is far, far lower in gluten and gliadin, and so will not make your intestine permeable.There are a few bakeries around here that make such loaves; my f

    I’ve kind of racked my paleolithic brain to come up with a theme for the new decade, and have decided that if I, and you all live up to our potential- fully, not kind of just sluffing along half-heartedly- we will save not only ourselves and our families, but all of western civilization!So here is what you do:  You start exercising, every single day!  Every MORNING- this is important! The form of exercise should be done at home, where you have complete control, and can be outside or in, depending on the weather.  It should be mainly strength training focussed, but with a large portion devoted to stretching, on the floor.  Perfectly paleo exercise, the name of my book and ebook are ideal in utilizing self resistance, isometrics, and calisthenics.  Get some perfect pushup devices to use, but also be sure to get some gymnastic rings!  A set of these rings will do more for your fitness than anything else, ever- and will literally transform your physique and your entire physical presence.  Nothing else comes close

    It’s really rather simple, becoming or staying fit and healthy: consistency!  Not herculean efforts that leave you drained done sporadically, or plugging away, jogging and walking for endless distances.  Neither is natural, or desirable.The best strategy to life, as well as strength, health, and fitness is to just do things daily, or nearly so.  A simple list will do, really.Go to bed early.  Sleep 8 hours, or moreExercise first thing!  In front of the TV is best, stimulating your mind along with your body.  Virtual exercise, generating resistance within your own muscles as you move each limb is the foundation (see Perfectly Paleo Exercise).  These are also called Tiger Moves, since it is similar to how cats exercise themselves.  Then stretch a lot, on the floor- come up with a routine than covers your whole body- it should feel great, not painful at all, and energize rather than deplete you.  Do targeted strength work two times per week.  Pushups, pull-ups, dips, ring work, squats, kettlebell swings, etc.  T

    I just finished reading Paul Saladino’s well researched book The Carnivore Code.  This is not an ‘easy read’ type of book, and that is just as well, since he goes into great detail on all of the why’s and wherefores of following the ultimate no carb diet.   The reading is not easy or simple, since it is so deeply researched and explained, which is a strong plus for serious students of diet and nutrition.The author is very convincing in his arguments, and is also well spoken, as I have also watched many of his YouTube videos and am a (permanent) subscriber to his podcast.  Even his podcasts and videos are long, and go into great depths.  Luckily, he is an entertaining and engaging character, and quite likeable.  Look him up- I’m sure you will be both entertained and instructed, as I was.What I find both the most compelling and also the most difficult part of his book to incorporate is not his recommendation to cut out most vegetables, especially those with high oxalates (like spinach, kelp, and other leafy gre
