She is a certified Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer through the International Association of Sports Science. Over the past ten years, she conquered obesity. Her Highest weight was 277 lbs. Eve had been overweight all my life. She toggled between a size 14 and 20 as a teenager. She gained 85 lbs. during her first pregnancy. Eve researched how to create a healthy weight loss diet for myself with low fat meals and healthy shakes. She bought a taebo video and started working out at home. She found creative ways to cook healthy foods and journaled all of my food. Once she lost 40 lbs, Eve got a gym membership and started walking, running and using the elliptical machine.
