Clyde participated in an interview with Thomas Clements, owner of a small business deeply affected by the Gulf moratorium. With the Obama Administration creating new regulations on a rapid basis, and creating even more business uncertainty, Clements' machining business has been devastated. Shouldn't he just file a claim for his loss? Now reality hits: Business owners are operating in a tightly knit industry - they fear future blackballing if they make claims.
