  • "You LOVE yourself!": Making Sense of the Mess

    02/04/2020 Duración: 03min

Growing up I always heard the term "you love yourself" or "they love themselves" thrown around... it's not until recently that I've come to realise what statements like this have done to us as a nation/ culture. Let me know what you think by dropping a comment, and make sure you leave us that 5star review to help get these eps out to the people that need em!

  • The 5minute rule: Making sense of the Mess

    30/03/2020 Duración: 05min

This week I touch on a tool I learned from "The Miracle Equation" by Hal Elrod.  It's a tool that's given me space to tap into expressing myself and my anger, without putting myself or others at risk.  As a result, I've found I'm less snappy and triggered, because I don't have suppressed anger waiting to say hello lolol!

  • PENIS too SMALL?? *promo*

    29/03/2020 Duración: 05min

PENIS too SMALL??   If ya feel that way that's ok, many men do...   I know because I was one of them!   Because of my insecurity I became a cheater, a manipulator and a narcissist. I hurt people just so I could feel like I was good enough. So I could feel like my "small" penis was good enough.   Its taken me years of work to get to where I am now. It's taken hours of learning from coaches from all over the world... BUT I changed my belief, and I want to show you how to do the same..   Now back to you...   Whether your belief that "my penis is too small" came from childhood trauma, upbringing, being mocked, porn etc, it doesnt matter, it can be overcome if you put yourself in an environment conducive to growth... one that will push your boundaries and challenge the beliefs that dont serve you.   It will be hard AF (no pun intended lolol), it will be uncomfortable... but no change worth having was ever easy.
