    Osher Gunsberg is back from his travels so the team of he and Alicia Malone are reunited! Well, via Skype anyway, because Alicia is in New Zealand... home to Peter Jackson, Hobbits, and Flight Of The Conchords. This week, out in US cinemas Alicia recommends the sharply funny Bad Words, which is also the directorial debut of Jason Bateman. In Australian cinemas (and US) Noah is out, and though this will no doubt be a divisive movie, it's an ambitious project by a creative director, and deserves to be watched before you make up your mind about it. On iTunes you can rent The Wolf Of Wall Street if you feel like some private debauchery, and be sure to see the tension filled foreign drama The Past, or the fun, fan funded Veronica Mars movie.     We're getting through the depths of January, and there are a few bright sparks starting to emerge in cinemas. In the US, see Jason Reitman's Labor Day as the best of a bad bunch, while Australians can finally see the brilliant 12 Years A Slave. If you have an iTunes account or access to Netflix, you shouldn't even bother leaving the house, with these great movies (many of which are Oscar nominees) now available to rent or stream: Captain Phillips, Blue Jasmine, All Is Lost, Rush, In A World, Cutie And The Boxer, The Square, Mitt.
