 The Answer is the Love of God. And, Jesus is the exact representation of the Father who IS Love. In every situation, as we learn to receive, embrace, and enjoy the Love of God, we will overcome.

 Every time my Dad and I would finish talking and were about to part ways, he would say, “I am praying for You, Kristi, and your sons, by name,”

 The Bible was the most important book in our home. Dad wore out several of them. It has been said that a Bible that is falling apart usually belongs to someone who isn’t. The Bible is the most exciting, life changing, and practical book in the world. It is ready to be enjoyed.

Life will always give you a reason to complain. Most of our prayers are us telling God and others how awful things are. Your new nature doesn’t run that program very well.

What does “Taking personal responsibility look like to you? If Jesus is our Atonement, then what part does our atonement play in our relationship with Christ? In your relationship with Christ and others, what does attunement look like to you? What would you say are some of the challenges or distractions of this life that threatens our attachment to God and others? Would you say you are attached in your current relationship with God?  Do you look forward to spending time with God or is it a chore? What is your attachment style?  Is it affecting your life today?

Anxiety, isolation, and fear eat away at our well-being. Our emotional, physical, and intellectual resources quickly decline. We live our lives with bated breaths, waiting for the next difficulty. The resurrection solves one of history’s greatest mysteries. The fact that Christian churches exist is a phenomenon that defies logical explanation. The Gifts of the Spirit are very special. They are also much more fluid than we realize. Certain gifts remain with us for our lifetimes while others appear and recede as needed.
