Stevie Best is an upcoming techno DJ and producer known for his dark and industrial sound. He produces a mix of both melodic and driving techno. Stevie has been busy producing and delivering a unique and original sound. ‘Fosco’ released on MNFST (manifestation) and saw early support by other Dj’s. Orogeno is a Portugese DJ and producer who is bringing an innovating touch to the techno scene. In 2016 he released the Descolamos EP on Propellant Music with 2 original tracks. The moment I heard the EP I had to use the tracks in my sets as well. The EP also features remixes from Echologist and Relapso. This week our guest is Slovenian DJ Veztax. He is known for his uplifting mixes and artist production which stands for techno in its most precious form. Veztax is active since the early 90s, when he joined the then bursting Slovenian rave scene. He spend part of the 90’s on the Amsterdam techno scene, where he introduced artists Umek and Valentino Kanzyani to the Dutch audience. Veztax plays all over Europe, performs at small and medium- sized venues and even major events where he does warming up stadium concerts of Depeche Mode and Placebo. Besides organizing his own parties he continues to support the scene and its young talents with his own independent labels Glorio Music and Vezotonik Records. Squadrum is Déé Mac & Ken Young, a techno-squad from Bruges from Belgium. Driven by the darker sound of the underground, they provide a raw sense of identity with a reflection to the experimental side. Ken Young, known from labels such as KMS Records, Celestial Recordings and Frequenza, came up with harder tracks several times. In 2014, he found his schizophrenic techno brother, Déé Mac. A formal host/vocalist known and familiar within the (hard)techno scene. Instantly, they decided to co-op and started a new techno project, with a vision focused on the deeper, more experimental soundwaves in particular. Tracklist 01.
