On this episode: Ketanji Brown Jackson underwent intensive questioning from underqualified white men on her Supreme Court Nomination. The Senate approved of her in a bipartisan manner for her circuit court appointment, but Republicans are claiming Critical Race Theory is responsible for her SCOTUS appointment. We wanted to give you a glimpse into the process of selling out. We thought about doing it for close to a month and ultimately sold out in early March. As you listen, we thought about doing it around episode 190 and even as far back as 188. We decided the Krackers weren't done yet and needed to go back in the oven. There was an informal mid-week production meeting that was a slow listen and included a lot of background noise including kids running around (which was definetly the highlight). We opted to only share the pregames for 190 and 192 which gave you most of the structure and ethos. Enjoy!
