On this episode: Ketanji Brown Jackson underwent intensive questioning from underqualified white men on her Supreme Court Nomination. The Senate approved of her in a bipartisan manner for her circuit court appointment, but Republicans are claiming Critical Race Theory is responsible for her SCOTUS appointment.
