These are just some of the extraordinary roles and paths my guest on The Priestess Podcast today Eva Cruz Peña has been in her life.  All of them have helped Eva arrive at a time where she is fully embracing her Puerto Rican heritage and spiritual leadership role as a Latina Priestess. Eva shares her special culture and spirituality with us and her own journey to wholeness in this episode, after a childhood of disowning and leaving parts of herself behind, only to have them be reclaimed and an integral part of her life as a priestess now.

Medicine Priestess.  Even just saying those words feels so gentle and healing to me and I think gentle and healing is a perfect way to describe my guest on The Priestess Podcast today Yaya Erin Rivera Merriman.  Erin has been a true plant medicine woman since she was a child and as she explains to us in this episode she comes from a long cultural line of family who have done the same. Erin is particularly passionate about plant medicine as a healing tool for those who have experienced bullying or emotional trauma, and she shares with us the special magic of her off-grid modern mystery school and her hopes, dreams and desires for that for the future.

As my special guest on The Priestess Podcast today – Simran N’Golet would say – we are about to dive into the deep end of ‘the woo.’  And that deep end in this episode involves talking about galactic heritages, planets, other dimensions, aliens and most of all starseeds.  And why not? This is a podcast about all forms of spirituality and spiritual connection – and that’s why I wanted to have Simran on to talk about her life as a starseed, what that is and how she believes – and I now do too – that there are many people who are starseeds emerging in the world and who may not even realise it.  It’s a fascinating and rich conversation that may just open you up to a whole new dimension beyond this world – and even beyond that as well.

There are so many ways we can more deeply connect with our spiritual selves - and rituals are one of those. You may just think that a ritual is something witchy and involves really complex mantras or crystal grids or various other spiritual accoutrements – but truly, rituals don’t have to involve any of those things at all if we don’t want them to.  My beautiful guest on The Priestess Podcast today – Alexandra Roxo – is passionate about the power of everyday rituals in our life and in particular how they can help us with our own healing. Rituals can be small or big, short or long and involve lots of beautiful tools or none at all.
