This week we're chatting with Rich Harvey who's the CEO and founder of Property Buyer. He's also the president of The Real Estate Buyer's Agents Association and was one of Channel Nine stars on buying blind. We have a chat to Rich about how he became a property investing expert how he overcame some headwinds in his own property investing journey to rebuild his portfolio and he gives some great advice around the strategy and the goal setting for property investing. And of course, some information on the markets that he is looking at at the moment and how to find growth markets that are underpinned by positive yields as well.

James Trethewie rose to fame outside of financial planning recently in his quest for love on reality TV show, The Bachelorette. With his father being a financial planner, the Yale and USC educated James followed in his footsteps and now works for AFP, a member of the FPA. Dr Tony Hayek is the founder and CEO of Blue Wealth Property. Growing up, nothing pointed to Tony's future career in property research. However one thing was clear, he knew the value of hard work. Luke Moroney is director of First Time Property Investing and Search Party Property Buyers Agency. He bought his first property in the suburb of Blacktown and admits he made mistakes many first time investors still make. At the time, Luke didn’t know what he was looking at, what he was looking for, or his reasons to buy the property. He just knew he needed to make money, so he dove in and took the first plunge to make the first investment. Luke's experience has grown a lot since then.
