The latest numbers are showing that home buyers are moving away from purchasing homes, cars and appliances! In general, the public appears concerned. They are planning to not buy homes, cars or appliances. At the same time, credit card debt is on the rise. So what are folks buying? For many agents, they should fear real estate automation. But its all about adding value. Too many agents today add very little value. They list a home and let a checklist of tasks be done by their team. These agents are the most automation vulnerable.
