The focus is telling good news stories which strengthen the connection in the United Methodist Church and support the mission of Making Disciples of Jesus Christ for the Transformation of The World. The United Methodist People Podcast also will address issues and matters which challenge the church and provide a forum for constructive discourse to take place over matters regarding the polity and practice of the United Methodist Church. The United Methodist Podcast is a place for opinion and conversation among the people who care about the health and vitality of the United Methodist Church and is not in any way officially sanctioned by any part of the United Methodist Church.
