Hello! A Happy Canada Day to my friends to the north and a Happy Idenpendence Day to my friends in The States! Just a quick...ok, not so quick...check in.

Well, I'm officially into my summer schedule. Have a quick chat for you on what's been going on at Shamrock Hill Farm as well as some general updates.

Howdy!  Sorry to disappoint you but the title is of the throwaway variety.  I couldn't think of a suitable title that had to do with the content so I chose an old Pink Floyd song title instead.  I don't remember what album it was from but I think it was Ummagumma.  I seem to remember that album had several odd song titles.  Anyway, there is a big announcement at the end of this episode so listen closely.  Enjoy!

Well it's finally happened.  I went for a long run in 2023.  It's been a bit since I've been able to do this but it felt great to get out there.  In fact, let me tell you all about it!  Enjoy.
