Today we dissect The Great Commission - Jesus' last commandment to believers. Every Christian is responsible for disciple-making; all believers at all times and in all places.

Leadership needs to be deeply spiritual. It is not created by our wisdom or abilities, but it's received as a gift from God. It’s about counting the cost. Paying the price so that everyone else can receive the benefits.

Submission is a blessing because it helps us find true fulfillment. God never demands us to obey a single command that will not secure and increase our greatest possible happiness.

Christ on the cross displayed the supreme example of what it means to love and serve others. This is why we serve: because we have been served by the Savior.

In Hebrews we are commanded: "Be content with what you have." That means, to complain about our circumstances is to challenge the love and goodness of our heavenly Father. Today we explore what it means to be content and live simple.

In regards to the Sabbath, God “made it holy.” Neither work nor rest are curses, rather they are mandated blessings from God that call us to worship Him in every circumstance.

As believers, fellowship is vital for our spiritual health. God made us to enjoy fellowship with Himself and other believers. And our souls will wilt without godly fellowship being part of our lifestyles.

In reality, fasting is like the sasquatch of the spiritual disciplines. We hear about it at church, we’ve read about it in the scripture, but it’s rarely if ever spotted in our lives. Not only is fasting seldom preached, it’s even more scarcely practiced. Some have the idea that fasting is for monks or legalists, but it might challenge us to know that fasting is mentioned more in scripture than baptism. In fact, over 77 times the Word describes and details the act of fasting in both the Old and New Testaments. For the early church, fasting was normal & expected in the life of believers, however, over time for us it has become strange.

Join us as we take a look at what Jesus says about prayer in Matthew 6, and glean four helpful guidelines for prayer: Confession, Intercession, Petition, Thanksgiving.

We should study the Bible because it is truth and truth will set us free. And we should do so correctly. Your soul and the soul of those you lead, teach, and influence are at stake. Tune is as we unpack what the Bible says about itself.
