It's warming up from winter into spring soon, so Steve Carney joins us to talk about everything outdoors. Speaking of winter, we hit the ice with Sarah McClellan of the Star Tribune covering the Minnesota Wild after making several key moves this past week amid the dwindling Trade Deadline in the NHL as well as the red-hot play as of late from the team heading into a back-to-back where they could deal a fatal blow to Calgary this weekend.   

Wolves have played relatively well on their west coast road trip following their close loss to the Warriors then defeating both the Los Angeles Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers and now they face Sacramento tonight - we bring in Cal Soderquist to preview tonight's matchup and recap these west coast games so far. 

We start the first hour of this Saturday talking about Twins baseball recapping their loss against the Braves. Joining us to start the show is Cal Soderquist to discuss the Wolves LA success and preview tonight's matchup with the Kings. We also dive deep into the bracket for the Minnesota state boys’ hockey tournament next week at the Xcel Energy Center. David LaVaque of the Star Tribune previews that. Capping off the first hour we talk with the head coach of the defending state champion Andover Huskies hockey team Mark Manney.

We bring Jerry Zgoda on the show this Saturday because we have Loons soccer back in the mix down south against FC Dallas. We also discuss golf as Jerry covers golf as well as the Minnesota United FC for the Star Tribune. 

The first game is out of the way which means the 2023 season is now underway in 2023. Breaking down the new pieces to the game this season, more specifically the pitch clock. We move from the ballpark to the pitch as we talk MN United getting underway with their play at FC Dallas tonight so we catch up with Jerry Zgoda of the Star Tribune who covers the Minnesota United. With it being high school tournament season we have Jess Myers from The Rink Live talking all things hockey with college and high school hockey at full throttle.

Talking with Kevin Lynch ahead of All-Star weekend as we discuss changes that need to be made for the Minnesota Timberwolves and even changes for the NBA after this break. Also, Phil Miller previews the Minnesota Twins season and we analyze the depth of this team going into a new season. We look into Tiger missing the cut making a comeback nonetheless almost two years to the day since his horrific accident. 

Its finally the All-Star break in the NBA and Kevin Lynch, Timberwolves analyst for Bally Sports North  is here to guide us through it all. Theres business to be tended to by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and we break down Wizards-Wolves and look ahead to what the second half of the season holds for this team. 

Jess Myers of The Rink Live is in College Station, PA ahead of the second game against the Nittany Lions this weekend; he is here to talk Gopher hockey fresh off of their Big Ten title win - also - head coach Bob Motzko isn't satisfied with the Big Ten title - he wants it all this season.    

We go outdoors with our good friend Steve Carney to kick off this hour as well as catching up with Jess Myers who is in College Station, PA for the Gophers' weekend series against Penn State, recently clinching the Big 10 title. Also we discuss the recent changes proposed by Adam Silver who talked load management among other things. 

Filip Gustavsson has been the talk around the rink at the Xcel Energy Center as he has played some of his best hockey these last couple months. Sarah McClellan covers the Wild for the Star Tribune and she'll touch on that and the Wild also are coming off a hard-fought shootout victory over the Dallas Stars. 

We are getting ready for Twins baseball and so is Dave St. Peter, President of the Minnesota Twins as we near the first Spring Training game next weekend. Also Sarah McClellan joins us, fresh off of the Minnesota Wild shootout victory over Dallas last night talks that as well as the goalie situation on this team with Filip Gustavsson heating up these past couple months. We will look into the PGA Tour as Tiger Woods has been the talk this weekend with his remarkable comeback despite not making the recent cut.
