After a not so interesting win over Dallas, things got a little personal between Karl-Anthony Towns and 76ers star Joel Embiid, and what Embiid said may have lit a fire under K.A.T, who destroyed Sacramento the following game. In this episode, we open pandora's box and are going to "Question The Process" that has been going on with Tom Thibadeau the past year and change. Karl Anthony Towns has appeared to take a step backwards, as there clearly is an impasse between him and Thibs. Jimmy Butler has gone from taking too few shots to too many, while Andrew Wiggins offense has been less and less impactful. The complaints about overplaying starters in Chicago has been vilified here in Minnesota as well. The Timberwolves had a 2-2 week, and if not for Anthony Davis' ejection, it might have been 1-3. The Wolves' young star players have been having an identity crisis of late, almost as if they're avoiding their strengths, all while deviating to something of lesser talents. The past five games showed how the Timberwolves start to the season is a "Fluid Situation" as you've seen the best, and the worst of this club in a matter of a few days. In a week where Jordan Clarkson went off from downtown, and C.J. McCollum did his usual Wolves thrashing, the club went 2-2. Rough week for the Wolves, as they drop all three games vs Miami, New Orleans, and San Antonio.
