Ep 2.5– quick follow-up! AND Ep 3: FTP fail (quick thoughts)!!

Very first question, with the very first answer. Shout out to Nick for asking about knee pain while riding. My short answer is “go get a fitting” my long answer is that an assessment done during a fitting can catch alignment issues that may be causing the pain. Other issues might be overuse/too tough a gear for the season’s demands— especially if it is winter and you are indoor cycling/on a trainer.
