Kathy and Peter are two of the most adventurous people I’ve ever met. Today on the podcast I’m interviewing Kara and Nate Buchanan, who were recently voted the best in Travel on Youtube at the 10th annual Shorty Awards. When I first started blogging back in 2011, building an email list seemed like the Holy Grail. I remember one author specifically saying that once you hit 10,000 email subscribers, that's when publishers start knocking on your door for book deals. So, as a yoga teacher she intuitively launched an online yoga studio, only to realize how challenging it was to stand out against the bigger online studios who were spending tens of thousands of dollars on production costs.
