Remember, It is easy to feel down and out when going through a tough time. And when you are feeling down, it is natural to want to talk to your friends about it. However, there is a limit to how much your friends can take. You do not want to wear them out with your problems. Though you can talk to them as much as you need, be mindful of how much they can handle. When it comes to interacting with our friends, we should be cognizant of how much we invade their personal space. If we cross the line and become too demanding or nosy, they may start to view us as a nuisance rather than a friend. That is why today's bible verse in Proverbs 25:17 encourages us to respect our friends' boundaries and not overstep our bounds out of curiosity or boredom. Pro

However, this verse from Psalm 138:6 tells us that even though God is on high, He still regards the lowly. This means that no matter who we are or what we have done, God loves and respects us. However, while God loves and respects us, He also resists pride. This means that He won't let them get away with their prideful attitude and actions; and will judge them accordingly. The past six days' devotionals have been about the importance of standing out in a sea of conformity from different stories. I am sure you have learned about the importance of integrity, self-respect, honesty, and trustworthiness from these devotionals. These are essential characteristics to have if you want to succeed in life. Jude 1:2 says, "Mercy, peace, and love, be multiplied unto you in Jesus name. Amen. One of the most important things you can do to develop these characteristics is reading your Bible and praying every day. "Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it, you may grow up into salvation." (1 Peter 2:2). And as you spend time with God, He will help you grow in these areas. Part Five "Let no one despise or take advantage of your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, conduct, love, spirit, faith, and purity." 1 Timothy 4:12 It is important to be yourself because everyone else is already taken. I understand that there is often pressure to do something extraordinary or shocking for those who choose to stand out. From part four of "Standing Out in a Sea of Conformity," Jesus Christ showed us that standing out doesn't involve doing something grand or attention-grabbing. When Satan pressured Him to turn stones into bread, Jesus simply replied, "It is written: 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.'" (Matthew 4:4). With so many people following the same trends and behaving in similar ways, it's easy to get lost in the sea of conformity. However, a few qualities can help you stand out and be remembered. Integrity, honesty, and courage are just a few of these attributes. If you have them, use them to your advantage. It can be tough, but it's not impossible. That is why you need to find your inner strength and let that shine through. Believe in yourself, and don't let anyone tell you to do what is not God's will for life. When it comes to standing out in the sea of conformity, Jesus is number one, and that's why he was a challenge for Satan to mess with. He could not be seduced by the obvious things, like sex, stealing, lying, and dishonesty, to which we often adjust. So

For example, I read a story titled Jewels Under the Saddle. It was a story about a merchant and a Camel seller who came across each other at the marketplace. They are both skilled in negotiating a deal at all times. The camel seller, pleased with his skill of worming out what he felt was an excellent price, parted with his camel, and the merchant chuffed that he had struck a fantastic bargain, proudly walked home with the latest addition to his large livestock. On arriving home, the merchant called his servant to help him take out the camel's saddle. The unwieldy, heavily padded saddle was too difficult for the servant to manage independently. However, something was hidden under the saddle; the servant found a small velvet pouch that he dis

It is about living a good life, a life full of happiness and joy, a life full of purpose and meaning. That is why the major key factor in longevity is the presence of God in human life, not just during times of spiritual revival but throughout life because the wisdom that comes from knowing and loving God will prolong the life (Proverbs 9:10-11).
