According to James Chapter 2, there are 2 aspects of the way in which we approach our faith. First, internally, where we become so stained by the glory of God that nothing else can penetrate us and we remain pure. Second, externally, where we are committed to serving others and caring for the broken and hurting world around us.

The message of James is clear: we must put our faith in action. We cannot simply be hearers of the Word, but doers of the word. Be encouraged by Pastor John's message to take the next step in your journey with the Lord and become active in living out your faith passionately.

It can be hard to reconcile a broken sinful world with a merciful and loving God. When life makes you cynical, sometimes it's easier just to throw your hands up in despair. But know that God is good, no matter your circumstances, and no matter what happens on this Earth.

When we asked what you wanted to know more about, one of the most repeated questions was wanting to know either how to hear from God, or how you know that what you are hearing is from God. In this message Pastor John breaks down how we hear the voice of the Father and encourages us to spend more time in the Word to draw closer to God and be able to hear Him more clearly.

When someone mistreats us, betrays us, or does evil against us it can be easy to hold a grudge and withhold forgiveness. But when we can shift our perspective and see through God's eyes, we are able to freely give the gift of forgiveness because we know that anything formed against us God can redeem and use for good.

Your relationship with Jesus is the most important thing. In this message, Dr. Michael Smalley talking about how following Jesus means guarding your heart.

In order to be a place where hurting people can come to meet God, we must learn to balance grace and truth. But as humans we operate with a limited knowledge, which leads us into a life that is messy and complicated as we try to navigate relationships. We have to become completely dependent on God in order to love like Jesus.

Living for legacy means living in such an inviting way that God would do a supernatural miracle in those around us. It means living in a way that makes an impact on those around us as well as on generations to come. It means that we would live fully and completely surrendered to God.

MVMT has never been about a building, it is about impact. It's about our heart aligning with His heart so we can walk in radical faith. It's about a deep love for Jesus and the greatest measure of glory that we can give to God. It's about people knowing the love of Jesus and finding healing in Jesus name. We cannot and will not go back to normal. We cannot settle for easy or normal, because too much is at stake.

An Easter message from Pastor John Sherrill.

We often find ourselves staring in the face of famine and it grips us in fear. We limit God & presuppose how He will move in our situation. Even when we can't see the miracles God wants to do, He is moving. All that is required of us is to have faith, knowing that God will never stop pouring out His fullness if we keep stepping out in faith.

Are you living an abundant life? Are you living in power, fully cleansed by the grace of forgiveness through Jesus? God first did a powerful work through the apostles in order to be able to work in incredible ways through them. He wants to do the same work in us to be able to use us to bring glory to Him and to live our lives in a way that is marked by Jesus.

Do we live our lives in a way that declares Jesus to be before everything else. Would you be willing to do anything for God, no matter how extravagant, if He calls you to it? Pastor John walks us through a message that challenges us to examine how we set our priorities and choose God before all else.
