Mickey talks with Navy veteran and family man Shane Hicks about a late night home defense incident involving a random chance encounter with a drugged assailant in the driveway. It started almost at hour past midnight when Hicks got up from bed to investigate noises outside his home in the front yard. The attacker, high on CCC, backed Shane against his house tried to take his gun before getting shot several times. Neither Hicks or his pregnant wife were hurt. Hicks immediately contacted the police. He was taken in for questioning. His gun and clothing was taken as evidence.
