Kev is a 'car enthusiast' (he really didn't like being introduced as a 'boy racer'). We went deep into the world of 'twin cams' and motor sport generally. I was amazed at the width and breath of the term 'car enthusiast' and could have talked endlessly to him.His enthusiasm is contagious and he has since opened up a whole new world to me. So much so, that early in the new year we intend to go round the Nürburg ring in Germany. Simon Andreucetti is an extreme downhill mountain biker, who intends to be an Irish national champion in 2018. Roger is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under the infamous Marcelo Garcia. As well as being an absolute ANIMAL on the mats Roger is a complete gent. The atmosphere he's created in his gym is second to none and the welcome I received by his members is a tribute to both Roger and Paul Fox {another MG Black Belt}, who between them run the Royal Grappling Academy {www.rga.ie}.In this episode we talk about his journey from training in traditional martial arts to competing on the world stage in BJJ and how Brazilian Jiu Jitsu {BJJ} might not be for everyone but is absolutely for everybody to try. Graham is an endurance athlete who competes in Triathlons, Bike races, Adventure races etc. He was one half of Irelands first, 2 man team to finish RAAM [Race Across America} a gruuuuuuuuueling 5,200km road race.
