With this final episode this is a wrap. Each believer has a 3-Fold ministry which includes: To God - Worship; To the Church - Edification; To the World - Evangelization.

There simply aren't enough of us preachers to do what Jesus told his disciples to do in Matthew 28:18-20. So either we are going to need a lot more preachers or the whole church is going to have to get involved.

Leaders must allow followers to "do the work of the ministry" with hands-on experience. If every member is to be involved in serving one another then leaders must step back and take the role of a coach or quarterback and let others carry the ball.

The role of the leadership in equipping followers of Christ to minister to one another which will result in a healthy, productive church.

You know a believer should pray but what about worship? Does it really matter? There is always room for improvement.

Followers of Jesus Christ have a 3-Fold Ministry to God, other believers and the world. Let's take a closer look at what the Word of God teaches on our purpose here on earth.

Fear comes either from the past or the future. The past is settled - it's under the blood. Our future belongs to God - He has already been there. You can trust Him for today's challenge.

The Word of God has a lot to say about how to conquer fear. "I sought the Lord and he heard me and delivered me from all my fears." Psalm 34:4

When we worry we are actually setting ourselves a goal to fail. The future belongs to the risk takers not the security seekers.

The fear of failure and the fear of rejection are two major hindrances to moving forward in faith to accomplish great things for God and His Kingdom. You can overcome both - give a listen.

You were not made for the safety of the sanctuary; you were created by God to boldly carry the good news to the world. It takes courage.

You can prepare to be courageous. The trial or testing of your faith today is preparation for the greater challenge of tomorrow.

Some examples of courage that overcomes fear. You may be surprised to learn that God uses average people to do extraordinary things.

What is courage? "Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed" Joshua 1:9 KJV

Here are some practical ideas on overcoming fear. You can do this.

There may be a scientific name for what you fear but do not worry - Jesus has overcome that fear and He will give you the victory over it as well.

Understanding our fears is a good starting place. The Bible speaks of at least 3 types of fear. Let's take a closer look.
