This special episode of FAIRtax Power Radio is the first one featuring the new FAIRtax Guys 2.0. From this point forward, Bob Scarborough assumes the role of co-host following the loss of Ron Maiellaro. As usual, the Guys dig into more insanity at congress.gov before turning their attention to an article published at CNBC regarding all the problems that the stimulus payments are causing for millions of taxpayers. It's not a pretty sight, but it's yet another illustration of why we need to replace the corrupt, unworkable and incomprehensible income tax system with the FAIRtax.

Jade Walle steps into the co-host's chair again this week. After a touching tribute to Ron Maiellaro, Jade and Bob delve into one of Ron's earlier great ideas--the FAIRtax "Sizzle Points". These are simple expressions of all the good things that the FAIRtax will do for people presented in a Jeff Foxworthy like "You may be a FAIRtax fan" style. It's both fun and informative.

Dan McKaughan is a retired Navy helicopter pilot. He's also the sixth candidate to sign the FAIRtax Candidate Pledge for the 2022 election cycle. He's one of a large field of candidates seeking to replace the retiring Kevin Brady. John Gaver, author of "The Rich Don't Pay Tax....Or Do They?" was instrumental in getting Dan to sign the pledge, and he joins us as the latest honorary FAIRtax Guy to co-host the program.

This week, AFFT President Steve Hayes steps in to co-host this edition of FAIRtax Power Radio. After looking at congress.gov and finding an oddity of two different bills doing exactly the same thing, Steve tackles a regular listener's "What Happens If" scenario regarding long term investing. Finally, Steve looks at what additional revenue to AFFT from the new Marketplace could do for our efforts to get the FAIRtax passed into law.

The FAIRtax Guys start this episode with a big announcement--another Congressional candidate has signed the FAIRtax Candidate Pledge. Then, after their weekly foray into congress.gov to see what the Congress Critters are doing to the tax code, Bob Paxton has a conversation with one of the youngest Congressional candidates in the country, Alex Stovall of Arizona.

The FAIRtax Guys interview Mike Simmons, the architect of the new FAIRtax Marketplace. The Marketplace is where FAIRtax supporters can buy the things they would buy anyway from businesses that support the FAIRtax. In addition for every sale made thru the Marketplace, the vendor pays a commission to AFFT, making this a great way to buy what you need and support the FAIRtax at the same time.
