It's a week of double delights as Agents of SHIELD (S04E07) is back and continues to blow us away aaaaaand....it's crossover week! Supergirl (S02E08) didn't get too much into the crossover action but still had an amazing show, but then we dive right in with The Flash (S03E08) really kicking it off. Arrow (S05E08) does a great job of combining crossover stuff with their 100th episode, and Legends of Tomorrow (S02E07) caps it off with the whole gang getting in on the action. Definitely a week for the record books!

Turkey Day happened here in the US so we have a short week of shows. With only two on the block, Supergirl (S02E07) was up first and so much happened this episode! Which storylines do we like, which could we do without and most importantly, how is Alex doing? Over on The Flash (S03E07) things are getting chilly as Caitlin's powers ramp up. How do we want her to progress as a character and how much of this is Barry's fault? Come find out!

SHIELD is still up living with it's Canadian friend after the election so we have four shows to cover this week! Supergirl (S02E06) leaves us drained, both emotionally and with the villain of the week. The Flash (S03E06) sees Wally making all sorts of terrible decisions and gives us a pretty big reveal at the end. Arrow (S05E07)is continuing it's trend of Oliver getting to be right, which is a nice change of pace, and Legends (S02E06) keeps on trucking with randomized pairings of the team and we all love it.

It's a short week for BPTV due to some USA politicing getting all up in our Tuesday. That still leaves two amazing episodes of tv and Arrow (S05E06) which, sorry Arrow you were good but Supergirl (S02E5) knocked it out of the park and then Legends of Tomorrow (S02E05) knocked it....back into the park? Our analogies need work but we have so many thoughts and feelings so come check them out!

Marvel has a new movie out so naturally BPTV is back with our thoughts and feelings! Expectations varied widely between us before seeing Doctor Strange but what did we all think after? Listen and find out!

It's a brave new year for our hosts as every show they're watching continues to knock it out of the park! (Sorry Lucifer)SHIELD (S04E06) is playing fast and loose with science again and nothing bad could come from this, right? Supergirl (S02E04) is just killing it as they add more aliens and spark a conversation about how we talk about other people. Over in The Flash (S03E05) everyone is making new friends! Speaking of friends, Oliver meets an old friend in Arrow (S05E05) and we're all kind of done with the Felicity Train. Last but definitely not least, Legends of Tomorrow (S02E04) is giving us all the feels. All of them.

Supergirl (S02E03) is continuing the tone shift of it's post CW move by really doubling down on racial allegories with aliens and we are all in. Plus, Linda Carter, come on! Over on The Flash (S03E04) they continue the trend of a villain of the week kind of showing up yet all we care about is the delightful main cast and their feelings! Speaking of 'whatever' villains, we have no cares to give about Church in Arrow (S05E04) but we're happy that Oliver's taking a moral stand again. Legends of Tomorrow (S02E03)shows that teamwork is kiiiind of important if you're fooling around with time and Ray really steps it up. Last but not least, Agents of SHIELD (S04E04)continues to be as on fire as Ronnie's head this season and we're still perplexed in the huge jump of our love toward it. And remember, Doctor Strange is out this week so head on over to your local theater if you like that sort of thing!

What better place to have two fire metas fight than a fireworks factory! Agents of SHIELD (S04E04) brings the explosions and we're all enjoying this year's ride it seems like. Not to be outdone though, the CW Power Week kicks off with Supergirl (S02E02) saying goodbye to Sunshine Superman, after some kickbutt team ups. Barry follows up as The Flash (S03E03) deals with more fallout from Flashpoint, and speaking of Flashpoint, ripples of it are showing up in Arrow (S05E03) as is more angst. What secrets should be revealed and which are better to keep to yourself? We hash it out! Last but not least, Legends of Tomorrow (S02E02) has a power struggle but team BPTV all knows whom they'd elect as the leader. (Hint, it's Sarah. It's always Sarah.)

Season 2 is in full swing as the last two of our primary lineup aired this week! First though, SHIELD (S04E03) is back from it's one week VP Debate bump and Marvel is doubling down on Inhumans/civil rights allegories. Then...Supergirl (S02E01) debuts on her new CW home! Sunshine Superman also shows up and they're both just delightful. Barry gets to have some interesting conversations with people in The Flash (S03E02) because he can't keep his meddling out of the timestream, and Oliver doesn't seem to understand that the Russian mob may not be the best leadership model in Arrow (S05E02). Finally, Legends of Tomorrow (S02E01) is back as well and there's more time traveling in this first episode than any four from season 1!
