Then Bluecoats coach Connor Johnson joined us from the bubble in Disney before the G League tips off. Oh and Jason had all kinds of technical difficulties that made for some fun.

Plenty to talk about in the sports world between the Eagles with a new head coach, the Flyers and Sixers trying to figure things out while their records stay good, and the passing of John Chaney who we talked about with our guest, Former Coach Gary Waters who wrote the book "Ten principles of a character coach”

Along with talking all the latest Philly sports news, Flyers PA Announcer Lou Nolan joined us to talk announcing games in an empty arena, his new perch and his favorite calls among other things. Then Fmr. MLB Player Doug Glanville joined us for a deep and thoughtful discussion about race and hiring in sports and then his thoughts on the passing of Hank Aaron.

Lots of football talk about the Eagles and NFL Playoffs before we were joined by Craig Shoemaker and Leslie Gudel to talk their new show on Amazon Prime WolfPac of Philadelphia, how it showcases the city and the role sports plays in helping the community.  Then we were joined by NFL great Billy "White Shoes" Johnson to talk his journey in football, what is like to return a punt and catch a Hail Mary and then helping NFL Alumni through the Gridiron Great Fund.

Talked Sixers Covid scare, College football and were joined first by MLB Umpire Phil Cuzzi talking everything from his upcoming ALS Fundraiser to being behind the plate for Cole Hamels no-hitter. Then Eagles RB Boston Scott joined us to talk his journey from walk on to NFL player, this past season and his my cause, my cleats efforts to raise awareness for the American Neurological Association.

This week on the Heart of Sports we were joined by LA Rams NT Sebastian Joseph Day and talked everything from favorite foods and his new Youtube TV show, to his days at Rutgers, to the impact he tries to make each day volunteering and supporting the community and of course some football on the field too.

The guys had Eagles DT Malik Jackson join the show to talk about using the platform he has to impact the community. Then Philadelphia Union Sporting Director Ernst Tanner looked back at the past season and forward to the next one and bright future ahead.

Ickey Woods talks his days at UNLV with Randall Cunningham, the creation of the Ickey Shuffle, Gridiron Greats and his efforts to give back to the community. Then Sam Carchidi hopped on to talk Flyers, return of the NHL and the career of Dick Allen after his passing this week.

On this week's show, we talked about the struggles of the Eagles and Carson Wentz with Eagles Insider Dave Spadaro. Then Williamsport Crosscutters Gabe Sinicropi joined the show to talk about MLB's new wood baseball bat league.

Keith Pompey kicked things off talking Sixers, the draft and free agency. Then ESPN Co-host Zubin Mehenti talked some Rutgers and Key, JWill and Zubin show and finally Villanova Men's Basketball Head Coach Jay Wright talked Coaches vs. Cancer, seeing his players get drafted and realize their dreams and the upcoming season.

First we were joined by new Blue Coats Assistant GM Jameer Nelson to talk his career journey, service to the community and family. Then Union PxP Broadcaster JP Dellacamera talk about the success of the team this season as they head into the playoffs. And finally Dan Esposito of the NFL Alumni Association talking Covenant House Sleep Out and some Eagles/Giants.

Then we talked everything from teaching the next generation at her soccer camps to discussing her own journey through soccer and more.
