First, we talk to the birthday boy and NFL Hall of Famer Ken Houston to get some good stories from his career, his family holidays with brother in law Mean Joe Greene and post playing days and then talk about how we can support retired NFL players. The we talk where the Sixers stand before they start their 6-game road trip, health of players, depth of the team and of course the Ben Simmons situation with the man himself, Sixers Beat Writer Keith Pompey.

As the Philadelphia Union head into their final regular season game before the playoffs, we were joined by midfielder Daniel Gazdag and then here some great stories from 2008 World Series Champion Greg Dobbs.

First, we get the pleasure of being joined by Flyers PA Announcer Lou Nolan to talk about the team and having fans back in the arena. Then we talk with MLB Umpire Chris Conroy about his journey from the minors to making the World Series crew, and, of course, his passion for giving back through UMPS CARE. We’re going back to 1986 this week with the Producer and Director of the 4-part ESPN 30 for 30 “Once Upon a Time in Queens Nick Davis to talk about those 1986 Mets and the story he was able to tell. Then NFL Hall of Famer and Super Bowl Winner Mel Renfro joined us to talk his own journey and the importance of using the platform athletes have.

With the Sixers opening training camp and the Ben Simmons saga continuing, we’ve got our man Keith Pompey joining us to break it all down and talk about where the team currently stands after the first week. Then, with the recent release of ESPN’s 30 for 30 Once Upon a Time in Queens, we’ve got World Series Champ from that 1986 team, Author and Speaker Ed Hearn joining us to talk baseball and his own life journey.

Then former Michigan and NFL RB Jamie Morris, co-host of hopped on to talk state of college football, NIL, re-alignment and more.

We talk about the state of the Phillies organization and player development, or lack thereof with Tom Housenick of the Morning Call and then were joined by Christopher Clarey, NY Times Tennis Correspondent and author of the new book The Master: The Brilliant Career of Roger Federer.
