I am proud to say welcome back.   In this opening of Dungeonetics we are welcomed to a mixed group of adventurers all looking or seeking someone who has gone missing. In one instance a young mother with two missing kids, another a father hot on a killers trail, another still a bard looking for his musical pair and friend. The Finale.   When I describe the end of things to someone in grief, or experiencing a traumatic loss, its important to talk about the violent senselessness of it all. This episode is not one of those episodes. The decisions and players have acted on their own volition, and if you have chased the narritive you may know that this is just one of the ways the events spilled out.  The team is dying by the minute with a Chicol running red hot on Rhogar. Luckily, due to a Heroe's Feast Spell cast by Dufin, we can not be frightened. After departing Holgaz and her delightful devilish bargain, we seemed to be almost too prepared for the fight with Chicol. With a Hero's feast and the guarantee that the changeling would become Faye once again, Id say that this is the best day ever. Drago's personal journal.   It is very true that after passing though Bainsola's in a larvae-like state, we let opportunity rot away facing the more important Chicol. While both a puzzle and a fight seem to be intertwined in this particular episodes, the keen eared listener will hear a different workings of bargains being suggested in the moments that we aren't trying to actively seek a better way out.   What does it all mean?!? Escapism with friends and snacks. A good friend once explained it to me as these are the key points a to a proper DnD session.
