Worshiping the State - How Liberalism Became Our State Religion
19/03/2019 Duración: 59minDr. Benjamin Wiker visits for the first time. Michael Oliver and Bob Moriarty return. The U.S. Constitution prohibits the U.S. Government from establishing or funding a religion, but Dr. Wiker explains why that is exactly what the U.S. government does when it funds all manner of liberal policies of the political left in America. Wiker will explain how the philosophies of Machiavelli, Hobbes, Spinoza and Rousseau set the table for a return to a paganism that is leading the acceleration of economic, spiritual and moral decay in America and in the West in general, and how this deathly trend can be reversed. Bob Moriarty will visit to discuss another one of his favorite gold mine exploration companies and to talk about his new book titled, “Basic Investing in Resource Stocks – the Idiot’s Guide,” and Michael Oliver will hold the hands of nervous Nellie gold bugs to assure us better days are coming for yellow metal bulls.

Will America Face an Economic Recession in 2019?
12/03/2019 Duración: 58minDanielle DiMartino Booth, Michael Oliver and Robert Moriarty return. Danielle who always provides insightful commentary regarding the Federal Reserve and its monetary policy, especially during times when the Fed decisions and announcements are made, shares her opinion regarding the direction of Fed policy in light of chronic market pathology caused by QE and whether that policy will likely lead to a continuation of asset price inflation or a recession and another deflationary scenario. What are the chances of another 2008 financial crisis? With the Fed damned if it raises rates and damned if it doesn’t, what can we expect and what differences will it make in investments we should own. Robert will discuss three of his and your hosts favorite junior gold exploration companies that we both think have enormous upside potential and Michael will stop by to provide his usual prescient insights into the precious metals markets and more.

A Return to the Gold Standard? Is that Possible?
05/03/2019 Duración: 59minAlasdair Macleod & Michael Oliver Return. Bill Pincus appears for the first time. Alasdair says that a return to a gold standard is the only way nations can contain the interest cost of servicing debt. The only alternative is inflationist policies that can only lead to far higher interest rates and currency destruction. He opines that the upcoming credit crisis is likely to kill off the welfare state model in the West by destroying their unbacked paper currencies, while China, Russia and their Asian allies have the means to prosper. What happens to the dollar if the U.S. opts to take the short term easy way out and how should investors respond? Michael will provide his usual prescient views of the markets we care most about and Bill Pincus will tell us of a world class gold-copper target that his company, Miramont Resources, is starting to drill with first assays due within weeks.

Two Phenomenal Gold Deposits You Need to Own
26/02/2019 Duración: 01h01minDr. Quinton Hennigh, Chris Taylor and Michael Oliver return. Two of the most exciting new gold discoveries to come along in years if not decades will be discussed. Rob McEwen’s baby Goldcorp became a major gold company when high-grade gold at the Red Lake Mine was discovered. Great Bear may have discovered another Red Lake mine with millions of ounces of gold. Chris will discuss. The greatest gold deposit in the history of humankind is the Witwatersrand deposit in South Africa from where some 40% of all the gold in history has been mined. Dr. Hennigh’s Novo Resources may be onto a second such discovery in NW Australia. He will tell of his company’s development toward outlining the start of this massive deposit and how Novo is moving toward production. Both Novo and Great Bear are two of your host’s favorite stocks which gain ongoing coverage in J Taylor’s Gold, Energy & Tech Stocks newsletter. Michael will provide his usual prescient commentary on gold and other primary markets.

The Undrainable Swamp and the Fantasy of MAGA
19/02/2019 Duración: 59minDavid Stockman and Amir Adnani return. David, as former OMB director under President Reagan, explains why Trump can’t make America great again. With $22 trillion in debt, the American empire is past the point of no return. Stockman praises Trump’s attempt to reduce America’s footprint overseas but alas even as the nation is on the precipice of bankruptcy, military industrial swamp creatures are determined to continue leading America down a path to destruction either by way of financial ruin or, worse, nuclear war. Trump’s presidency and indeed America’s way of life are doomed. Stockman provides advice as to how Americans should plan for the difficult days that lie ahead. Amir will update us on Uranium Energy Corp as that company anticipates getting back in production to profit from rising uranium prices and meet America's urgent need for domestic supplies. Michael will pass along his usual key market commentary from his structure and momentum perspective.

Pierre Lassondes Views of the Gold Mining Sector
12/02/2019 Duración: 57minLegendary gold mine investor Pierre Lassonde appears for the first time. Pierre is known for his leadership as an innovative mining executive and founder of the largest natural resources royal company, Franco-Nevada. In 1985 Franco-Nevada acquired a royalty in a small mining operation in the heart of the Carlin gold belt of Nevada for US$2 million. From inception to February 2002 when the company was sold to Newmont Mining for US$3.2 billion, Franco-Nevada provided its shareholders a 36% annualized rate of return. For obvious reasons there are fewer mining company executives your host would rather ask about the current state of the gold mining industry and whether or not he thinks now is a good time to increase gold share holdings. Dr. Tony Barresi will precede Pierre to update us on Triumph Gold’s potential world-class, gold-copper porphyry project and we will ask Michael Oliver if his analytical view of the gold markets is in sync with Pierre’s view from a fundamental viewpoint.

Socialism Provides a Bullish Case for Gold
05/02/2019 Duración: 57minJohn Rubino, Michael Oliver and Jim Payne return. Detachment of the dollar from gold in 1971 paved the way to fund the welfare and warfare state. At first the move toward socialism was slow but it is now accelerating with Democrats demanding a dictatorship the likes of which would have made Stalin proud. The outright destruction of capitalism is at hand. Living standards and the middle class are guaranteed to decline dramatically into the future as endless amounts of money are printed to fund demands beyond reality. Liberty will be destroyed. What shall we do to protect our wealth? What about gold & silver? That and other issues will be discussed with John. Michael once again hit the nail on the head with his bullish call on gold many dollars below price chart technicians. He will explain why he thinks this move in the yellow metal is only the start. Jim will join us to provide an update on DynaCERT, which is finally making inroads with the company’s HydraGEN technology in Europe.

How True Gold Price Discovery Is Denied Citizens and Why?
29/01/2019 Duración: 58minChris Powell, Michael Oliver and Amir Adnani return. In 1971, Pres. Nixon defaulted under the U.S. obligation to pay foreign central banks one ounce of gold in exchange for every $35 U.S. dollars. In truth, the dollar was no longer “as good as gold.” To maintain its value, the U.S. arranged with Saudi Arabia and OPEC to require that all oil exports be paid for in U.S. dollars thus enabling the U.S. to engage in the immoral act of printing trillions of fraudulent dollars to fund America’s endless wars and socialism. The gold price has risen but only partly in line with dollar debasement. Chris will explain how true price discovery has been denied by suppressive central bank manipulation. Notwithstanding gold price suppression, Oliver will explain why a serious breakout in the gold price is imminent. For the first time in many years, uranium prices are on the rise. Amir will explain how Uranium Energy Corp is ready to capitalize on a new bull market in that long forsaken metal.

How Could Anyone Possibly Like Donald Trump?
22/01/2019 Duración: 57minJayant Bhandari visits for the first time. Michael Oliver and a possible surprise guest will also join us. Americans have taken advantage and have become extremely ignorant of free market capitalism which explains in large part why left wing politics is gaining so much strength. Jayant recently explained why he has a favorable view toward Donald Trump, who is perhaps the most hated and disliked President in American history. We will ask Jayant to explain his views of President Trump as well as where he thinks investors should put their money in 2019. With regard to mining companies, what is his view of producers and exploration companies in this New Year and what are his thoughts about the status of the Anglo American empire? Michael will update us on the latest structure and momentum picture for gold, stocks, bonds and others.

Bob Moriartys Unconventional View of the World
15/01/2019 Duración: 56minRobert Moriarty visits for the first time. Chen Lin and Michael Oliver return. Robert is a most colorful, creative, controversial but fascinating person that you will ever meet. He put an exclamation point in his career as a Vietnam pilot by flying a plane under the Eiffel Tower. He is the proprietor of the well known 321Gold website that provides valuable information on the precious metals’ markets, including a number of highly promising companies and including a couple of sponsors to this show. Robert is one of the most informed analysts regarding Novo Resources’ extremely unique Australian gold project. In addition he is highly informed and opinionated regarding economics and geopolitics. His view of the world and its markets for 2019 will be discussed. Chen will return this week to provide commentary on some of his favorite stocks for 2019 and Michael will provide his usual updates on gold and other markets of greatest importance.

The Everything Bubble Is Starting To Implode!
08/01/2019 Duración: 56minAlasdair Macleod, Chen Lin and Michael Oliver visit during this first episode of 2019. As the late 2018 stock market decline morphs into a far more serious event than the 2008 financial crisis, you will hear mainstream financial anchors declaring that no one saw this decline coming. That will be “fake news” because Alasdair told our listeners in August that a decline was inevitable and that it would start between Q4 2018 and mid 2019. Alasdair will explain why this meltdown was predictable and what you can do to at least in part protect yourself against the carnage that lays ahead as the implosion of this “Everything Bubble” forces those who created it to deal with economic reality. Chen will share some of his top picks and insights into the Chinese economy and how they may impact markets in 2019. Michael will provide his usual insightful thoughts about which sectors you should be avoiding and which you should be investing in during 2019.

Can Gold Shares Rebound in 2019?
18/12/2018 Duración: 58minDan Oliver, Michael Oliver and Dr. Quinton Hennigh return. 2018 was a miserable year for gold shares. Silver shares fared even worse. From his structure and momentum perspective Michael's work suggests a shift downward for stocks and bonds and a dramatic rise for precious metals’ stocks in 2019. Private hedge fund manager Dan Oliver who views the markets from a fundamental perspective will share his views for the gold share markets in 2019. One of the most unusual and challenging gold deposits ever discovered is Novo’s Karratha discovery in Western Australia. The deposit, which Dr. Hennigh believes originated in similar manner to the great Witwatersrand gold deposits of South Africa, is characterized by an extreme nugget condition that renders usual exploration and development techniques worthless. Dr. Hennigh will explain how he plans to overcome extreme challenges in quest of what he believes can be an exceptionally large and profitable gold mining operation.

Where Is America and Its Markets Heading in 2019?
11/12/2018 Duración: 56minDavid McAlvany, Amir Adnani and Michael Oliver return. America’s social and moral fiber is wearing thin and the republic our Founding Fathers bequeathed to us in 1776 is rapidly being torn asunder. Why are traditional values being lost? Is it even possible to retain them in a rapidly changing world? How are declining moral values leading to America’s economic decline? Given events within our control, what can we do to make this a better world, not just materially but also morally, for the benefit of future generations? Regarding the social and financial landscape of America, what does 2019 look like and how should we prepare? We will ask David for his insights into those questions. One market that is coming to life is the uranium market. Amir will talk about Uranium Energy’s prospects given improving market conditions. Michael will provide his usual prescient insights into the precious metals, currency, equity and debt markets.

Why Interest Rates Are Inevitably Heading Higher
04/12/2018 Duración: 58minAlasdair Macleod, Ivan Bebek and Michael Oliver return. Since 1981, interest rates have been in a secular decline, falling from 20% to zero in U.S. dollars. They are now on the rise, but the general assumption is that the current low interest rate environment will broadly continue. Donald Trump complains to the Federal Reserve Chairman, but is there anything that can stop a rise in rates given a massive decline of capital resulting from decades of cheap money? Founded on the erroneous view that significant levels of price inflation have been banished, complacency over recent higher rates is likely to be expensively wrong. Alasdair will explain why. Ivan will update us on Auryn Resources’ plans to start drilling a world-class, gold-copper target in Peru and Michael Oliver will provide his latest guidance on stocks, bonds and the precious metals markets.

Surviving and Profiting from Internet Warfare
27/11/2018 Duración: 56minRichard Maybury, Peter Tallman and Michael Oliver return. In a global world interconnected via computer from the seats of global power into our dens and living rooms, we are more vulnerable to intrusive snooping and theft than ever before, not only by thieves and our own government but also by corporations well connected to the government. Richard will discuss our personal vulnerability, how we can protect ourselves against internet intrusions and some profit making trends that are starting to evolve as individuals and governments seek to protect their sovereign rights. We will also ask Richard to comment on his views of the U.S. economy and the ongoing monetary tug of war between inflation & deflation. Peter Tallman will update us on the new geological insights gained from this past year’s drill program on Klondike Gold’s world class gold exploration target in the Yukon and Michael will provide his usual prescient view on key markets.

Why Are so Few Americans Able to Get Ahead?
20/11/2018 Duración: 57minCharles Hugh Smith, John Anderson and Michael Oliver return. Despite the rah-rah about the “ownership society” and the best economy ever, at least according to President Trump, the sobering reality is that very few Americans are able to get ahead in terms of building real financial security. That topic will be explored with main guest Charles Hugh Smith. One of your host’s favorite junior gold exploration companies is Triumph Gold, so I am very excited to have John Anderson, that company’s Executive Chairman, as a guest during the second segment of the show. Triumph’s largest shareholder is Goldcorp but there are a number of the largest base metals miners in the world that are very interested in the prospects of the company’s new Blue Sky Porphyry discovery. Michael Oliver will update investors on the latest directions for stock, bond and precious metals markets.

Are We Gold Shares' Investors Fools?
13/11/2018 Duración: 58minDan Oliver, Michael Oliver & Ryan Girdusky return. It’s been six years since gold shares performed well even as stocks and bonds continued to reach new highs. Why stay in a losing sector for so long? Consider the housing market boom that a few brave souls dared to short as prices continued to climb. It was difficult holding those short positions. But when the inevitable collapse took place the shorts became enormously wealthy. Gold share investors are now effectively shorting financial assets at a time when Michael's technical work says enormous tectonic shifts are starting to unfold, stocks and bonds destined for a horrendous bear market and commodities and gold headed for the moon. Laugh if you want, but as Dan will discuss, it’s at the nadirs of credit cycles that gold assets become enormously valuable. Ryan will join us to discuss the midterm elections and what impact those results may have on President Trump's policies and the American social landscape as a whole.

Politics And Economics Behind Global Climate Change
06/11/2018 Duración: 59minF. William Engdahl, Michael Oliver and Nolan Watson return. With religious fervor, leftist politicians declare with 100% certainty that post-industrial-age humans are the primary cause of climate change. They demand the cessation of fossil fuel consumption. They site as “fact” that “99% of all scientists agree” but never tell you that the scientists in their data base have all been paid to write papers on that topic to reach that pre-ordained conclusion. Contrary views by legitimate scientists like Patrick Michaels, for example, are blindly dismissed. William will explain the political forces that have driven climate hysteria and their political and economic motives. We look forward to another discussion with Nolan Watson, the CEO of Sandstorm Gold, a royalty and streaming gold company poised for dramatic growth with lower than normal mining company investment risk. As usual, Michael will provide his astute insights into the precious metals, equity and debt markets.

Barbarians At and Inside the Gate
30/10/2018 Duración: 57minDoug Noland, Dr. Quinton Hennigh and Michael Oliver are return guests. In 56 BC, Cicero wrote: “A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.” While many express concerns about 7,000 “barbarians” at the U.S. southern border, the origin of a more threatening global financial insolvency is the poisonous Keynesian religion that fosters unrealistic dreams driving the world to financial Armageddon. Doug will report on the financial pulse of global markets and provide helpful advice on how to navigate financially troubled waters ahead. Quinton will update us on long awaited news from the Novo Resources gold project in Australia and Michael will share his structure and momentum market advice.

The Credit Cycle is on the Turn
23/10/2018 Duración: 58minRyan Girdusky visits for the first time. Alasdair Macleod and Michael Oliver return. Alasdair says we are nearing the end of the current credit cycle that began after the 2008 credit collapse. Banks sell treasuries and make loans as interest rates and wages rise leading to fears of inflation and still further interest rate increases. Ultimately higher rates lead to an equity bear market. But might the end of the current cycle be even more profound and injurious to unsuspecting investors that the last one? Are interest rates destined to rise dramatically higher as in the 1970s such that inflation becomes a major threat even as gold rises to much, much higher levels? We will seek answers to those questions from Alasdair as well as Michael. More immediately on the minds of many Americans are the upcoming midterm elections. First time guest Ryan Girdusky, a native New Yorker and frequent Fox TV guest, will tell us how he sees the Senate and House races shaping up.
