As you probably know already, I like to surprise you, and me, within every mix. The base of the set is great techno, but I like to add some twists in the set. I hope it will hold your attention and it pushes me to experiment every time. When I search for new tracks I always find tracks that are different than the techno tracks I normally use within my sets. And then, after some time, I feel the need to use them in a different kind of set. For this episode, I thought it was the time to create such a set again. This week The Diep is in charge of the music. The Diep is a techno/producer duo from Amsterdam. Around the year 2000 they played lots of parties in the Netherlands alongside Cristian Varela and Joel Mull. It went a bit quiet, but in 2016 they made a revival. Sometimes you find great tracks that don’t fit in the sets you normally play. Once and awhile I find good tech house tracks, which I cannot resist to buy. For this set I have put some of these tracks together. It’s a mix of new and older tracks, but they do it very well for me.
