My Beloved Sarah, "Just because you love some one is not enough. Love is not all you need, it is a beginning , a seed, that needs cultivation to grow. It is cultivated and fed with RESPECT, it is nurtured with TIME a dedication to grow your LIFE. Love NEEDS a Best Friend, that wakes everyday wanting you, Believing in you, Love needs to know YOU ARE THEIR FAVORITE PERSON to see in the light of day, and the calm of night." This LOVE, is cared for for LIFE. My Beloved Sarah, this is GOD'S TIME and he never fails. For only HE can inspire that kind of LOVE in a human being for another. My Beloved SARAH, demons can be DEFEATED, by knowing who they are and by calling their name, and undertanding them. This strips them of any power to bring you fear and anxiety. Mental health is merely the ACTION OF KNOW WHO YOU ARE, and accepting responsibility without fear, but with courage and grace. Spiritual Balance is achieved by having faith in GOD'S LOVE, and know that. that which makes you HAPPY WITH YOURSELF, can be YOUR'S

Defeating our DEMONS is REAL, coming to terms with WHO you are, Where you are, WHY you are, and MOST IMPORTANTLY.......LOVING YOUR SELF, and NEVER DENYING WHOM YOU LOVE and UNDERSTANDING WHY. Mental Health is essential to establishing a Balanced Spiritual Health, and becoming Physically Healthy is the KEY to maintaining a true natural order and quality of Life.
