A show-and-tell of sorts to help you on your way to a greater appreciation of the plant nation. Al Chase, a.k.a. Chef Al, is a Vegan Chef and Educator. As a 1979 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he combines his professional cooking skills with his passion for teaching organic, plant-based cuisine since 1990. He has been practicing Transcendental Meditation and learning the ways of the Lakota people for over two decades. Chef Al is available for personal chef services and along with his sweetheart Donna Benjamin, he teaches 5 Day and 20 Day Vegan Culinary Arts Programs.
