This strong exhortation encourages the hearers to pursue knowing God with all their hearts, because we are all as close to God as we want to be. In addition to knowing God, Pastor Alan motivates the Generations congreation to reach out to make Him known to this generation and beyond.

Here at the end of a sermon series - which asked some very soul searching questions - comes an outward focused question, from this Letter of Jesus to the Messenger of the Church in Sardis. In like manner, many modern believers have much to be praised for by the Lord, but if we lack passion for Him, we are in need of His correction.

While the church in Laodicea was not who they thought they were, a serious question is then asked of us, "Are we who we say we are?" With some personal insight, Pastor Alan calls the hearer to repent and return by putting God first everyday, to overcome becoming lukewarm.

If we are to pray without ceasing, then we should pray now! With grace and inspiration Colin Millar persuades the hearers to be people of prayer and action, which will change the world.

With authority and honesty, Yvette Latta declares the reality of the plans that God has for all of us. This message reveals the need to pursue help when we need it, so that nothing hinders us from living a life that fulfills our GENESIS 1 Blessing.

With important lessons learned from Andrew's first encounter with Jesus, Pastor Andy Duncan declares the keys that are vital to our encoutering Him also, as well as how to continue on this awesome journey of being Christ's disciples.

This sermon involves the problems and solutions for overcoming the fear of what people might or might not think. Gaining victory over this malady involves our remembering that people are mortals, i. e. they are fallible and are going die, while our God is eternal and infallible. He is the only one to be feared and yet we know that He values us highly.

With a desire to encourage our journey as disciples of Jesus Christ, Pastor Alan Latta illustrates from the story of Simon Barjonah that sometimes there may be failure on our part but the Lord never recants His call and command for us to follow Him.
